One of the best features for a university is that students are able to add parents to their account so they can receive alerts. Cons It would be nice to be able to automatically remove students who have graduated or no longer attend the university, but I understand why that would be difficult. It has been incredibly easy to use. Pros The system is simple to use. The first few times I had to send a school closure notice, I was nervous that it would be complicated but it wasn't. I was able to deliver the alerts flawlessly in very little time. Cons I wish I could send slightly longer texts or multiple texts for longer updates.
