We have found it to be very easy to distingush between the customers and group each business into its own "Group" and assign specific training modules that fit to their needs through the "Folders" options that Simtutor provides. The training simulations quite often get described as "Game-changing" by our customers! On trialling SimTutor, we quickly realised that the tool met our requirements, particularly that creating and distributing training modules was intuitive and fast, and that the reporting provided detailed insights into user results and how the tool was being used. From our initial interactions with SimTutor’s staff, it was also clear to us that the firm was committed to the tool and improving its functionality and the user experience. Since then, we have regularly interacted with the SimTutor support team who routinely show themselves to be responsive and effective at handling our queries, as well as receptive to new ideas.
