Very customer-focused and responsive. They really take our satisfaction seriously. Pros Very intuitive and easy to implement. We've hit a few hiccups in implementation, but the Digitile team responded quickly each time and helped us work through any issues. It allowed us to organize in a comprehensive way all of our files and make it easy for the team to find what they are looking for. Customer service is also very good. Everything time we needed support, we were able to get in touch with someone quickly and have it fixed in a couple of hours. Cons Don't have any cons in mind. The last updates are really making big improvement to the platform and we are looking forward tot he next developments! Customer service was stellar and the team really walked us through the development of a tagging taxonomy that was appropriate for our organization--which was crucial to the whole framework for organizing. Our social media team now spends less time flicking through different folders -- they are able to pull up a photo / shortlist choices with a quick search query. Pros As a non-profit conducting mission in-country and all over the world, we had a huge bank of photos. We were looking to find a way to properly classify and organize them so we could maximize value for transparency, advocacy-building and marketing. Cons We onboarded Digitile at a time when the many updates and new features were being rolled out so the process was a bit clunky. Excellent customer service support was provided and helped us sort through kinks. It's been tremendous for us as we not only distribute our content once...but we like to repurpose assets as well. Pros The best thing is the ability to sync up with Google Drive. I searched for months trying to find something that'd play well with GSuite. And this was it. Cons I would like to organize assets into custom collections. But, we are using tags & categories for now. Fantastic solution for us. Pros Really easy to use interface and overlays on our existing google drive storage. Cons Tagging and maintaining tags on new items can be laborious. You get out of it what you put in though, time spent up front will save a ton down the road. Reasons for choosing Digitile The price was a huge factor, but we were sold on the feature set. Tagging .doc, .pdf, and .ppt files on top of just graphic and image management has been incredibly helpful. Keeping our native google drive environment for storage was another great benefit and allows us to anticipate the cost rather than fear adding more to the asset management platform and seeing a spike in price. Rep is very customer oriented and is such a pleasure to work with. Pros I love how most of my documents are in one easy to find place. I love the concept of this product and I would definitely recommend for those who spend most of their day trying to track down emails and documents, Cons I like least is that it the product doesn't currently connect to my hard drive to look for documents. I save almost everything locally so for me that's been a barrier. The second thing is that it takes time to make it a habit to be able to remember to use the product.
