    "Sars Grid to Anywhere"

    Overall: The overall experience has been great. The upgrade from the old product has made this leaps and bounds better. Overall the interface hasn't drastically changed which is a good thing for most users. While it lacks some new design elements of modern web design especially for the student experience, overall it function vs price is great making it a tremendous value.

    Pros: - Ease of use - customization of roles/security - customer service - technical support - familiarity - browser based - cheap video conferencing cost

    Cons: - limited report customization - user experience (especially for students is still somewhat dated) - notifications require modular purchases (separate product)

    "Pitt SARS review"

    Overall: SAR is being user here at Pitt for Advising, Advisement appointment scheduling, Tutoring scheduling, SARS trak is being used for customer tracking to advising centers, tutoring centers, and Veterans services office

    Pros: Service & support has been good software is geared towards exactly what advisors want. the move from client-server to web based was a huge improvement

    Cons: No 2-way outlook integration Web setup is a little clunky backend user security\roles\etc is not the most intuitive.
