So far so good. I was pleased to received activity shortly after signing up for the service.

Pros

I was very excited to use the carsforsale.com platform for another form of our inventory marketing. Carsforsale.com is a widely known and recognized marketing software program that customers are familiar with! The ease of the mobile app is far advanced compared to others I've used. Overall I am a very pleased customer and will continue to use and refer the software!

Cons

I have not really experienced to many negatives with the exception of lack of customer response via the platform. I feel like FaceBook is a much more commonly used platform by potential customers. Perhaps if Carsforsale.com did more advertising and promoting the software to potential buyers via TV, radio and FaceBook marketing it could boost acknowledgment and gain for organic leads to the website.

The incentive for signing up at a discounted introductory price was very appealing and the general knowledge and experience of the company.

Generally been very good over the years but not having the texting feature is a deal breaker for us.

Pros

Generally been very happy with Carsforsale over the years. First website we've used since we opened in the fall of 2016.

Cons

Recently the text feature was removed from the website. I have been told it's due to FCC regulations. We've had other providers say the same thing but still have texting available with yet other providers. Obviously in today's world texting is crucial. I think we will be moving to a different website provider that offers texting.

I have never had a problem in 10 years. It has always been a great experience.

Pros

Once you get it set up with the awesome customer service staff, I would say 85% of the whole process is pretty much automated. You can control most everything with your smartphone as well.

Cons

They automatically update every few months; and usually there is at least one new feature added. The ONLY thing I didn't like (which I found a solution on my own) is that in the inventory sheets, there wasn't an option for the vin numbers . I simply copy and pasted into another column.

Pros

Some people can see what I have for sale

Cons

Some people can't seem to read about my descripitions on what I have for sale. I get tired of the cookie cutter generic "Could you provide more information about the xyz vehicle listed on your website?" And they don't read the detailed description about what I have done to the specific vehicle. But all the other dealers don't describe the plusses of thier vehicles.

Very good, I have been with them for years

Pros

The software is so easy to use and built for dealers of any size.

Cons

Sometimes it is hard to make custom changes to the website. Having to go through the tech department is sometimes a pain

simple, documents are useless, never updated or in compliance with any state or department of motor vehicles, website is basic basic - no real updates. design is plain.

1\. Communication from CS from start to finish.2. Listens to your needs and builds your website to your vision.3. Pricing4. Knowledgeable CS reps that can help you with any issues you may have. 5. How easy the paperwork process is to navigate. 6. Easily being able to print your current inventory. 7. Adding and Deleting inventory to your website, and FB page. 8. Lead tracking is a great feature. 9. I know there are many more positive pro's that I haven't mentioned.  

Cons

At this point, I haven't found a con. If I have a question, or an issue I can pick up the phone and the problem is solved. I might in the future have a con, however, at this point, I do not! Coming from the website I had before..... Cars for sale has been a dream.

Pros

Carsforsale.com helps market our used car inventory to anyone in the area. It is fast and easy to add or remove inventory from the website. It also allows communication between us and potential customers. The price is reasonable for the features provided. Good customer service throughout the years.

Cons

Carsforsale.com doesn't have the option to automatically share a vehicle onto craigslist, though there is a way that you can manually post it onto craigslist and other platforms.

The foot traffic could be better, although google is directing customers to the site and our website, we truly enjoy working with carsforsale.com. They have streamlined the process of selling our vehicles.

Overall has several benefits. Some things you do better than V12 Software and somethings they do better than you. Unfortunately this means that until one of you do better at everything I am paying twice monthly. I expect to choose one or the other soon to cut my costs.

Pros

It integrates my inventory to my other website with V12 Software automatically each night

Cons

Ease of paperwork is a major issue with me. I spend way to much time on it when I have a customer in front of me. I have called and complained and was told they are putting a work order request in but nothing has improved and it has been more than a year since the first time I called about it

Pros

its simple to use and i think as a start off for a new dealership like a small mom and pop its very economical and easy to use.

Cons

its not always updated correctly when doing a price comparison with vehicles. Many of the rankings are off because they say a cheap price but the dealer who is posting it is trying to use click bait pricing. You have to check the add for other dealers to see if what they are saying is true especially when it comes to miles. Also there is no way of knowing if the products there being compared to is a salvage title or clean so that is very inconvienient when comparing.

Pros

I was a former employee of this growing company back when it started. The success does not surprise me because this was one of the best experiences of my life. The\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is an awesome man who is fun and business at the same time. They are the go-to site for finding your next vehicle. You can trust them and their product with no inhibitions.

Cons

The only con I know about Carsforsale.com is I don't work there anymore. Best job and best people I've ever encountered.

I use it for the NMVTIS reports and that is really about it. If I had more / better leads from CFS I would move over to CFS and leave DCS. Sadly it doesn't get the job done in that respect.

Pros

I like the look, feel and vehicle reports of CFS. I subscribe solely for the reports, as it cannot import from our website. I've spent thousands, learned code and hired out help to format the feed to CFS compatible, but it's still not reliable.

Cons

Cannot bring my existing listings to CFS site without a lot of extra work and expense.
