August 15, 2022 5.0 My overall experience is a positive one. I have had lots of sale from this site. Pros I love how easy it is to list a car for sale. It allows you plenty of pictures and a video, which is the most important part of my sales. CFS also posts to Facebook for me. It is easy to keep track of inventory, sales leads, sales and sold inventory. I highly recommend this software!!!! Cons The only feature that I would consider needing improvement is that it only posts the first twelve photos to Facebook. I kept getting call asking for specific pictures, I figured out the fact that it only posts the first twelve photos that you upload. Now I upload 12 photos that people want to see most. So far from using other services related to car sales, Carsforsale.com is by far the best value. Pros The software was very easy to use and came with quite a few useful features such as exporting to different websites, including our company's Facebook page. The lead system that is included with the software is also very useful and makes it easy to respond to leads or assign the leads to individual salespeople. The adding inventory system is very easy to add information to, upload pictures from a phone, or even allows the user to decode the VIN to autofill most of the information for the vehicle. Cons There were some problems with our website but the customer service representatives were very quick to help resolve our issues. It would also be nice if it was easier to change more things with our website without having to contact customer service. This site must have no traffic from customers since it has NEVER sent us a viable car buyer. It is a terrible shame that most advertising automotive services on line these days are so upside down & so weak when it comes to generating sales. They all have problems with internet exposure as I have gone out of my way checking on how easy it is to find a car for sale...and this company never pops up for me when it comes to exposing my cars. I am sure it has more implementation abilities, however that is the platforms that I use and are subscribed too. Also gives you free NVMTIS reports, which is really nice to use, besides Carfax and Auto check. Cons The mobile version isn't on the same layout as the desktop version like V12 software is able to do, but I am very very happy, and it's not a complaint.
