We have no plans on changing anything! Pros Easy to use! Most data loads from the vin- just add notes and details, then photos, and it posts to my webpage so l only have to load the unit once! Cons Occaissionaly l have to load photos a second time because they don't post correctly, however, that could be a user error instead of a software error. They stay up to date on the latest trends and have a great customer support. The easy to use software makes it fast to make changes to your website, vehicles and print multiple forms as well. Pros Quick and easy to make changes, great customer service, quality product for a fantastic price. There isn't anything I don't like! Cons When trying to print the window sticker the margins are not set correctly so they get cut off. In order to use I have to transfer them to a word doc and edit them. It is an incredible value and most my independent dealers average 25-75 leads per month. The ROI of cost to sale is the highest in the industry imo. Cons I think that the website services could be a little more robust, but then they would have to charge more. There are some minor SEO changes that could easily be made to the website platform to greatly increase its effectiveness. Cons The only negative that I can recommend needs adjusting is the "LEADS" section needs a better follow-up module.
