It allows you to advertise on Carsforsale.com, have your own personalized website, and uploads straight from our Frazer dealer software. Customer service agents have been very helpful. Cons Carsforsale.com may not be as popular and well-known to consumers as websites such as Cars.com, Autotrader.com, or some others. Again, great for the price though. Customer service has been hit or miss. When I tried to talk to them about not being able to find our vehicles on searches, the representative was very dismissive, did not seem to care about listening to the issue we are having, only telling me what I needed to do different within my search that had nothing to do with a consumer being able to find our vehicles. Pros Website is very user friendly, easy to set up and enter inventory. Paperwork and documents needed that come with the software is good. Cons Search engines appear to be lacking. I periodically look for my listings as if I were a consumer and often don't find my own vehicles that are listed. I have to put in very detailed information that only I would know to find them. It is a good product for the size dealerships I was running and never considered switching to a more complete solution, price is excellent and keeps us here! They helped me out when I first decided to get a web page and have been easy to work with, always and listen to their clients. Pros Just like the company as a whole and the software is easy to use on the back side, whether your a small business like mine or a big dealer. Always a phone call away if I have questions or need to understand how to use a new feature. I have never had a big that customer service couldn't fix almost immediately and I have been with Carsforsale.com for over 10 years. Pros The Carsforsale.com software is very user friendly as it walks you through each area. There is good decoding and option detail to make our listings complete.
