We do receive leads from time to time, and having our inventory on Carsforsale.com boosts our presence on the web which drives more potential customers through our website. If you are looking for something easy to customize that gives you control, this is not it. It does have some pretty interesting features for inventory, such as vehicle overlay badges and such, but between the bad experience with customer service and limited capabilities, I do not recommend. Pros If you're looking for a VERY simple, barebones site, Carsforsale.com is fine. Cons The customer service and onboarding process was atrocious. First, it took well over a month for them to get everything set up. Then, when they did, they didn't tell me the site was live with tons of incorrect information. You can link it to facebook market place to automatically list your vehicles for sale. Cons Scanning a vin. does not always work, (doesn't always register the vin in the camera). That makes the BHPH a whole more easy than getting customers in here every 2 weeks.....plus we can get paid quicker, because everyone has an app for that!!! Pros In the car industry, getting the vehicles visible in many different avenues, is a major factor! The fact that I can post one vehicle and it goes automatically to multiple sites...is amazing! Facebook marketplace, has been the biggest seller for us, as a small locally owned business! Cons I can't think of any. I actually don't have any complaints! Customer service is amazing and quick. When someone submits an application it is difficult to get to. It should be easily accessed once your signed into the system. Owner Automotive Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Poor service...." August 5, 2019 3.0 After calling twice to cancel our service, we were still being billed 3 months later. During a call to ask about the problem, we were told customer service had called back twice, left messages and not heard back. Since it is my wife and I and we forward the phones when not at our business, we would have talked with someone had they called back. We were told its not possible to issue a credit until we pushed back, then were told the credit department supervisor would be notified by email of our issue. When I asked to be CC'd on the email, I was told that is not possible, seems odd but okay. I was then told she would get back to me and when I asked "who" would be getting back to me, I was told they cannot release her name but she would be in touch with me. It now makes more sense how the first part of this problem came about. I have dealt with this company for a long time and have used them off and on for 11 years. After this experience, I will not use them again and would no recommend them. I do not have a problem with the payment issue, I have a problem with being told they called me back twice and no one returned their call along with not being able to get help or contact information for a resolution.
