Pros

I like the way they do business. I like the way they are not pushy and easy going. I have been with them for 1 Year, In this year they have been awesome and helpful in all way. I highly recommend them to everyone looking to grow.

User friendly and have all the options needed to conduct Auto sales. If it's not available you can submit a request to add the option.

Cons

Owner cannot use it from a different location other then homebase.

Link to youtube always has problems. If the customer didn't enter his email on finance application, it shows on lead as "test"

Whenever i have a question it is very easy to talk to a rep and they will get any issue solved very fast.

Pros

This product is easy to use on adding vehicle and talking to customers. Customer support is great!

Cons

there is really nothing that i don't like about this software.

I like the price and its good enough for us for now.

Pros

Very competitive pricing. Cost effective for the current time.

Cons

Takes days to make any changes. Very minimal options for us to change ourselves. Very minimal options to change over all. Not really a crm. Cant really do as much with the software as with other providers. I feel like this is behind in the times.

Has helped us to boost overall sales and given us increased exposure across the country. For what we pay quarterly compared to other services I would say its worth it.
