Very easy to use once inside. Customers really seem to like it.

Cons

Communication has to be done through the portal. It would be easier for us to communicate with customers via email outside of portal

My overall experience is good. Ease of use makes this software so easy to use.

Pros

This is so easy to use and is very resourceful when it comes to searching for a vehicle. You can easily type in make and model of vehicle you are looking for. Manu tools for making your searches easy.

Cons

Sometimes the pricing isn't always listed which can sometimes make it difficult . but other than that not much I dont like.

dealer website is good, costumer service is good, easy to navigate on carsforsale website, I do not like the price analysis on vehicles for sale which can be misleading to customers and dealers. Poor lead generation.

9/10 for me. Deducting a point for the lack of ability to access loan apps from the phone application.

Pros

I love being able to print my buyers guide quickly, as well as being able to have my inventory posted publicly very quickly. I also love my website!

Cons

I'm not a fan of the mobile app. I don't believe there is a way for me to access the loan applications from my leads.
