Pros

Price point is very good at only $100 a month while others are much more. Also their service is spot on!

Cons

Lead generation is way behind the curve. I understand it’s only $100 but if I’m investing $100 a month and don’t get any leads I can invest that money elsewhere to help my business

Pros

I like the auto vin puller... I like the internal lead platform. Also pretty easy to use.

Cons

I don’t like how difficult it is to edit a VIN

We just recently allowed carsforsale.com to take over the marketplace listings. That will save a lot of my time. Overall the software has been worth the expense.

Pros

Easy to input our inventory and let them take it from there. Printing paperwork and history reports all in one place is very efficient.

Cons

Any updates are not automatic, so you have to wait until next day.

Pros

What I like most is the functionality of the software. It is also easy to use.

Cons

I am not a fan of some of the automatic settings but to be honest I have not reached out to see if they can be changed.

Mobile app could use some upgrades. I would like to see more features for lead management on the app.

A bit simple of a design and it does cause a duplicate website situation however those are moot considering the qualify leads generated.

The social media integration is sometimes glitchy. We have had a few times things not post correctly or at all and had to call the customer service to get help.
