The dealer site can be slow as well as the app. Crm does not have a follow up reminder.

It has been an overall great experience.

Pros

I love how easy it is to not only keep track of and answer our leads, but also to quickly look up our inventory. I also love that we can schedule posts for Facebook. It is very nice to be able to schedule the posts a week out so that I can spend more of my time focusing on leads.

Cons

I don't really have any complaints but it would be nice to be able to post to some other social platforms, such as Youtube and Pinterest, etc.

Easy to use. Once set up, you can enter the vehicles in the DMS (like normal) and the interation takes care of the rest.

Cons

No cons, you get out what you put in, so if you want more there will be a bit more work in the beginning. Overall this software is great

It’s really great application for car business I wish they can make more connection with another sellers; like offer up, Craigslist… We can pay extra for it because our Ad. will be everywhere not just Facebook marketplace .
