I have no complaints. I have been with them since 2012 and have never had any issues. They are always one call away with any questions or concerns. I would recommend them and have to a few dealers

Pros

Very easy to use even I am able to navigate it. And if I have any issues then their customer service is always very helpful

Ease of use never have any issues downloading pictures

Overall, their follow through with customer service calls has been great. Your site seems user friendly and you seem to do the follow up necessary to make it work.

Pros

I like the leads tool and the website development tools and the fact that we can change or update as we see necessary.

Cons

You do not have a craigslist poster, which makes us have to use another provider thus having 3 different companies to monitor our inventory - it's a lot of extra work.

Pros

I love the leads and contact feature the most...this feature will contact you through the website, email, and text. Which allows you to always be in contact with a potential customer.

Integrating carsforsale.com with my business was a no brainer! You MUST have it to be successful in todays business world!

I have yet to have anything negative to say about carsforsale.com, their customer service is unreal and always at your becking call!

Pros

It very much makes work a lot easier for me. I sell cars for a living, and when I post my cars here they automatically post to every other website I use: CarGurus, TrueCar, Cars.com, my own website, etc. Very easy to use!

Cons

Bugs are few and far between in this software. Occasionally, (as with most things) there will be a hiccup and a car will delete itself or double post but other than that a solid all around experience.

Basically good but, the impression is that the program is what it is and there is no changing it.

Pros

It isn't complicated to enter pictures and information on the cars.

Cons

You don't give use the phone numbers and email information on prospects. We have to go through Carsforsale to communicate like you are trying to be big brother. It would be nice if the customers could see all the pictures when they click on a car, and they show up full screen, instead of the customer having to figure out how to see it all. My web site you supply won't show up full screen, the pictures are to small for the customers to see the details of the cars, and it makes it look like we are tiring to hide something.
