Owner Automotive Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Great Service for a low price" February 19, 2021 4.0 I spent over a month working with a different company to get my new business website operational--with ZERO success. I finally gave up on that company and contacted CarsForSale.com and my website and webhosting were established within 2 days. My company email and integration with my other software vendors took only a couple more days and I was operational. Their product and their service is fast, efficient, friendly, and extremely frugal compared to the competition. Pros The CarsForSale.com product isn't just software, but a complete package of web design, web hosting, email, marketing, integration, and phenomenal customer service. Cons There are limitations to what the user can customize on their website on their own, which requires coordination with CFS personnel to make the changes. However this limitation is a small inconvenience compared to the overall value received for the whole package. And whenever I've requested changes to the website, CFS has responded cheerfully and quickly to make it happen. Reason for choosing Carsforsale.com I already use Spectrum Business for internet, phone, and TV. Web hosting is supposed to be available with my service, but after DOZENS of phone calls over a 6 week period, Spectrum Business could not get my domain transferred. With ONE call to CarsForSale.com my domain was transferred and my website was up within 2 days. Review Source ER Elliot R. All of my questions were answered and I cannot be more satisfied. Pros Very professional sales and support team. They deliver what they promise. The consumer presentation is wonderful and the dealer backend is easy to use and navigate. Cons My only complaint is that there is way way to delete phone leads. Pros Carsforsale.com is everything a small business is looking for. They are very helpful with set up and design they also give you examples of similar dealerships to help you make the most of your website. The website is easy to navigate and add inventory as well as all the included extras like paperwork, facebook postings, and all other social media platforms. This really can give your business a boost to look and feel so much more professional and visible to the public. Very much a one stop shop for advertising! Cons The only complaint I have is maybe the time it takes to enter inventory but that is at a minimum copy and paste help breeze through the process but it still can take some time. I mostly use it to see what is out there and what the cars I like are going for. Pros I like that it is free and allows you to search for new or used cars. It lets you put in location, price, make model. Anything you want to help narrow down your search. I like how it has a loan and financing tab with super helpful information. Cons I wish it didn't male you create an account and sign in. I don't like getting emails and having so many accounts for everything. There are also some pages on the site that no longer exist like the "sell my car" tab. They just need to keep it updated. Besides that the platform has a straight forward manager interface that allows you to quickly create ads that can be exported to all the major auto sites along with the carsforsale.com main site and auto inclusion in sites such as cargurus.com. Cons That i didn't come up with the idea for this platform.
