Overall, I live Carsforsale.com. I would recommend to anyone in the car business

Pros

I love that I can have my website the way I want, I love that the mobile app is easy to use. I live that the system is very easy to navigate and utilize.

Cons

To be honest, I haven't had any issues so far. They are great at keeping my up to date on problems and I never have to worry.

Not really happy with the few leads that we receive from carsforsale. Not getting account review or servicing since signup. I did recieve an email trying to upsell me recently, but i responded saying i wasn't happy with service and never really got a reply.

Pros

The introductory pricing and initial impressions were positive. The domain is good on paper.

Cons

Not really getting regular account service updates. Not generating many leads. Seems like not a good value at this point.

On a scale of one to ten I'd give this site a ten. Decent customer service, easy to post and even easier to get leads in a timely manner.

Pros

I like the ease of posting all of my vehicles. Easy to use and I love that I never miss a lead being that it comes in the form of an email to me.

Cons

I would have to say the only thing that I feel could use improvement is the cost.

We are so happy we made the switch to Carsforsale! As a small family owned dealership Carsforsale fits our budget and needs. As a matter of fact they go above and beyond what our previous website provider offered to us. We now pay 1/4 of the price for more advertising options (FB Marketplace, photo overlays, additional postions) and even better service!

Pros

Ease of use. Simple dashboard. FREE Facebook Market place! Price!

Cons

When replying to a lead via e-mail the generated reply e-mail doesn't include a link to the VDP or a picture of the vehicle that the lead is on.

Overall good simple product to use, user friendly for my employees so will definitely keep using it but I wish it would help drive more business.

Pros

Customer service does a good job on connecting what your requested edits are, turn around time is longer than expected but they try and get everything done that you request.

Cons

Lead generation, I’ve had the software for months now and have not gotten a single lead from carsforsale.com and I’ve set up my SEO with my rep.
