### "NaVetor Success"

Great training to start the process and continued support. The workflow is easy to use and the transfer of SOAP, medications and vaccines to the invoice and reminders is easy. Inventory was not difficult to set up.

Pros

Ease of use and the work flow makes "sense". The Customer Support and training team are outstanding and have made the start of this software very user friendly. Scheduling is quick and easy and being able to access the patient chart from that screen is a definite plus.

Cons

The inability to invoice specific drug amounts on the invoice especially for controlled injectable drugs.

After searching and doing tons of demos with other companies. I came across Navetor. From the Demo to implementing the program has been AMAZING!! we can't believe how easy it was. NaVetors staff were fantastic.

Pros

Very user friendly. We love how easy it is to go from one thought to another in a jiff....lol

Cons

We do wish that when you schedule a prescription that it would would print a label on that day.

### "OK for the price"

Half and half. Some of our staff loved it, some found it hard to learn and slightly confusing. I will say the easy link to customer service was great however. Quick to solve any issues or help.

Pros

The customer service was amazing! That honestly was the best part. The monthly price wasn't horrible either. The advance search bar you can type anything to pull up clients account.

Cons

Lots of clicking around. No easy links or ways to shortcut to some information. Two way texting was unavailable at the time we had navetor. Discharge notes took more time then they should.

We have enjoyed having this software system and love when new features are implemented.

Pros

I like being able to access the network from home. I can easily work from home or check the appointments for the following day. I also like that they have taken some of our ideas and implemented them.

Cons

The customer service is not as good as it was when we first started with the software. The problems are still getting solved but not with the proficiency as in the beginning.

So far it is worth the struggle to work through for all the positive. Seems to be tailored more to the Dr and not the majority of the staff. Just need some good small details adjusted.

Pros

Great set up for the clients and the Doctors perspective. Soaps seem to work better when you can personalize it to the Dr needs.

Cons

There can be improvments on the techs perspective. Many things are not set up in the fashion that the technitians work. difficulty with controlled substance set up. some things are off set where others are easy to access. needs better details on what buttons do. Would be better if you can just from computer to computer without logging out. often we are working on our computer in a treatment area then jump onto the computer in a room with a client and it can be taxing to constantly log in and out like an email.

1 star. Would not recommend. There is not much I like about this system.

Pros

Price point, Sea Turtles. There is not much I like about this system.

Cons

### "Overall NaVetor is a good choice"

Overall NaVetor has good functionality however there are some kinks that are annoying and need to be worked out. But at least there are workarounds. I imagine as my practice gets busier these kinks will become more frustrating. For example, there are different ways to do similar things in NaVetor which is fine, but there are slight differences in the output. So you really need to know which pathway produces the result you want.

Pros

Ease of use! It's very intuitive and everyone can pick it up quickly with minimal training. It's also fairly affordable. I liked that the SOAP notes are all on one screen so you don't have to keep clicking on separate "O" or "A" screens to see them. It's also nice how the invoiced items show up in the Plan automatically and you can write progressive notes next to them. For example, if you order up an ear cleaning, you can free write which ear was dirtier or notes about the otoscopic exam. The credit card processor, Global Payments, which can be integrated with NaVetor worked seamlessly and they seem to have good rates.

Cons

Not sure if this is an issue with just us but the Estimates are not able to be consistently saved and edited later. We've talked to tech support many times about this. Also the different ways of printing medical records is confusing- they all produce different information in different formats.

### "Would not go with NaVetor"

Customer service is nice, and they try to help but we have over 40 tickets for issues with the system that they could not help with over chat or phone.

Pros

Adding products, services, prescription to invoice was easy and did not require too many "clicks."

Cons

Too many steps to "check-out" client. If mistakes are made, VERY DIFFICULT to fix, if at all.

### "NaVetor has grown by leaps and bounds"

We are able to run our practice a lot more efficiently with NaVetor. From reminders, to front office appointments, surgeries, and inventory management. Everything seems to connect in just the right way to take out a lot of guesswork and trial/error we were experiencing with our previous software.

Pros

The software is intuitive and helps keep workflow consistent throughout just about all area of our hospital. Integrations with IDEXX and Petlink make running labs and registering microchips a breeze.

Cons

The biggest shortcoming I see with NaVetor is the treatment sheet. It has grown, and continues to do so, but still makes monitoring patients in hospital a bit of a headache. That said, I have faith that this concern will soon be corrected.

After looking over the features and a demo of the software, it was clear that NaVetor filled the gaps we were looking for with our other software.

### "Horrors of Navetor"

It was overall horrible. Even when we switched we could not get all of our info and the info we did get did not come over correctly

Pros

The fee schedule and invoice setup was about it. I liked the idea of Navetor

Cons

When it was all said and done and in practice I disliked everything about Navetor. It did not function in real life well at all.

Navetor is easy to use, can make recording, diagnosing, and maintaining patients much easier compaired to other services.

Cons

Time clock management can be tedious if you manually enter times. Printing invoices or reciepts cant be tiresom due to the many steps it can take.

### "Beware"

We left the program due to the multiple patient files being lost. The transfer of medical files to our new system has been the most frustrating experience. After a year, I still do not have my hospital files, and the support staff is unhelpful, snarky and refuse to escalate to anyone to help us with the transfer. At this point, unless I pay monthly and back pay fees, I no longer have any access to my hospital files. They are also not providing us with our hospital records. So beware, once you go to this system, if you attempt to leave, you will never get any of your records.

Pros

Looks nice, and has a "Soap" profile, does have boarding ability

Cons

The fact that this program has lost medical records, in spite of an auto save feature, and repetitive saves as you travel through the program. Also their attitude when said medical chart is lost to the ether. Had happened multiple times. The charting after using it, is disjointed and does not have a flow to it. Placing attachments into the file, then locating it is very convoluted. Again its handling of dual spouse use in the patient owners, and placing the second person with the name of "No Name" is problematic and very unprofessional..

Price point, but you get what you pay for, too bad that I didn't know that I would never see my hospital records again.

### "Best Software for Our Small Wellness Clinic"

This software made it possible for the animal shelter I work for to open a small wellness clinic to serve the surrounding neighborhoods. We have always wanted to start a small wellness clinic but software has always been to expensive to even consider it. NaVetor made it possible and we are serving so many of our neighbors and making it possible to keep their pets vaccinated and healthy without breaking the bank.

Pros

I love the fact that Navetor is a cloud based software that I can access from any computer or tablet. My veterinarian can access her records and appointments from anywhere and I can access the program when I am not in the clinic. The price point is amazing and the fact they offer assistance for shelters is phenomenal.

Cons

I am still always learning with Navetor and often I find out that things I feel could be improved are mostly just user error issues. I always have help with their support staff and that is so important to me because I always need the program working and I need to understand everything because I am the one that uses it the most.

Reason for choosing NaVetor

Price and the unbelievable help we were given during the onboarding process. They helped me get everything set up and I can always reach out whenever I have an issue with the software. I never feel like I cant get the answers I need or the help I need. Software help is always just a phone call or chat away. I love the support system.

### "NaVetor 45 days into new practice "

It has been a great experience overall and we are happy with the product. We are a new practice so did not have to convert data.

Pros

The program was obviously new to all the staff but I was amazed how fast they overall picked up the program without a lot of training. It seems to be intuitive at least for us what to do next at many levels. I like the SOAP being connected well with the invoice and that they are not separate entities. It does allow me to save time and even get my notes mainly done during the office visit. It seems that listened to the complaints of the industry about other software and made something better. I really like the cloud based system as we can log in on a chromebook I take into rooms. This saved us from purchasing many computers. The cloud based system is much faster to login at home and complete tasks/records than remoting in to a server which is terrible in our area of internet service. I like the App as if I see someone at the grocery and they need to get in I can look at the schedule right away to help. I can also at a glance see the schedule ahead and or scheduling issues. Overall I am very happy with my choice of Navetor and feel it is a great value.

Cons

Our only issue have been small things. It does take a little time to check someone out. The staff seem to have issues with multiple pets as well and having to print separate invoices at time despite scheduling them under 1 appointment. I don't like that the client can be checked out even if the bill is not finalized. We still struggle with that and thus the reminders are not updated.

First was because our \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] rep we have close relationship and he suggested it was doing great for start ups. We felt it was of great value for all that it did to manage the practice . We liked the ease of its use adn implementation

I love the ease of working on Navetor from anywhere (including home). Even on my phone. Especially with the challenges we have faced recently. This software saves so many steps!!!

Pros

Everything is so well integrated. Cloud based helps computers run more smoothly. So many ways to get to the same endpoint (works for different "brains").

Cons

As with any software, there is a little learning curve though I would say this is one of the easiest to learn. The biggest challenge has been getting out of the old habits from antiquated software.

I loved the cloud-based efficiency, easy of use from anywhere, portability/mobility, integration, etc. So tired of the software bogging down the computers. Beautiful colors are easy on the eyes.

It is a great system for record keeping!!!! I really love how everyone at NaVetor works with you. The training was great, the implementation was easy, the customer service is awesome! I really can't say enough about this software system. I have implemented a lot of software systems in my career and this was one of the easiest and best systems out there.

Pros

NaVetor is User Friendly. The Customer Service is the most helpful I have ever met. Any suggestions to the software you have, if they can make it happen, they will.

Cons

It is not set up for a Mobile Equine Vet so you have to back into the system. NaVetor has done a lot to help me with this though. The system is used to the horse coming to a hospital and not the Veterinarian going to the horse. So the horse doesn't actually "Check in" and "Out".

Overall I think NaVetor is pretty great, as long as your internet connection is fast and their servers aren't overloaded. The support team are very helpful and usually easy to get in touch with.

Pros

NaVetor is really easy to use, and has a lot of great functions and capabilities. It's very intuitive for scheduling, patient management and processing charges. There is a steep learning curve and it's very easy for new users to navigate once they have the hang of the basics.

Cons

It's very "click-heavy" and sometimes navigating it seems cumbersome. getting from one patient to the next isn't always easy, requesting lab work has too many steps, inputting times/and dates can be time consuming because of the drop downs.

We opened with Navetor in October 2019 and they have been with us every step of the way. Friendly help over the phone and easily accessible. Updates have corrected previous concerns and it just keeps getting better!

Pros

Ease of scheduling, amazing cost, software help, and boarding schedules

Cons

We cannot take a picture of the pet directly from the tablet to upload pictures into Navetor. However, taking a picture from my phone and using email to attach works well. We can troubleshoot with Navetor, but we've been so busy I haven't had the time. I wish I could go into the soap and see all the information (Navetor set-up specialized test result boxes and comment boxes for us) without unsigning the document to read my text boxes. Otherwise, no concerns.

Reason for choosing NaVetor

Avimark with computer set-up was going to be over $10,000. Navetor was much more affordable with monthly payments, and when comparing other products the monthly cost was half of similar programs.

Software is customizable to do about anything you want. Customer service is readily available to answer questions and will work to fix or add a service if not there.

Cons

Too many steps at checkout. Software can run slow in the afternoon but they have improved and are still working on the problem.

Overall, I think that this program has been very beneficial for us.

Pros

We like that it is easy to use and pretty straight forward. If there is ever an issue, it is fixed in a timely manner. The support teams are wonderful!

Cons

It is a new program , so there are your expected kinks, but as stated above, the support team is very helpful.

I thought NaVetor was very easy to use and easy to navigate. Some software programs aren't very intuitive, but NaVetor was. I would definitely recommend it. - Kathi Schlitz, PALNV, Las Vegas, NV

We did not find any Cons with using this software as the NaVetor Team was very quick to help us through any problems that we encountered.

Ease of use Problem list follows patient easily for best practice Templates for history and exam enhance capture of excellent data Easy to view past prescribed meds Easy to see overall picture of client and hospital Much more

Cons

It keeps improving daily so if i am unhappy with something it can be changed. No complaints at this time
