Ever since I discovered RightInbox, it has become the backbone of my daily workflow. Pros RightInbox has become a crucial part of my daily workflow. Organizing and following up with my emails has never been easier. Cons I would love the option for there to be a team plan option at a reduced annual fee. My team would really benefit from it. I got a response quickly and they were able to help me set up a team account, cancel all the independent subscriptions that our coworkers were paying for and transfer people to our team account without disruption to their current settings! Pros I love that this takes a lot of follow up and remembering to respond to emails off my plate! With all the emails I send out, its hard to keep track of who has responded and who hasnt. My notebook is less used from writing coutless reminders and Im not mad about it! Cons So far I have no complaints! All I've heard from my fellow coworkers is nothing but positive reviews!!! Review Source VR Verified Reviewer Owner Consumer Services Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "MESSED UP MY CLIENT EXPERIENCE" April 19, 2019 1.0 Pros When it worked it worked OK but the pros were not enough to outweigh the cons - they really made a huge mistake and it severley impacted my client delivery and customer service process. Cons I experienced an issue and reached out to the team for weeks to try to get it resolved. I have emails that go out to my clients every single week in a scheduled fashion and for whatever reason, the TO emails were getting deleted. After trouble shooting several things - the team even admitted this was a problem they were experiencing. When I reached out for help - not only did they take days to get back to me - but when I explained that this was causing customer service issues in my business and that I wanted a refund and to cancel the service - they canceled my service but denied my refund. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in dealing with a software company when things were clearly their fault. I went to boomerang instead - not only is it FREE but it works perfectly! Review Source Mark L. It's a useful, intuitive product that keeps getting better. Pros I'm shocked by how much Right Inbox is updating their product. I use it for the basic features of scheduling emails, setting reminders, etc. and was thinking about dropping it after Gmail made all their updates, but then Right Inbox came out with a whole slew of new features that are so incredibly useful. What I like most about Right Inbox is how intuitive it is to use. There's no "onboarding" time needed, I just installed it and immediately felt like a power user. Cons Some of their features are overkill. They have one that expands links with an image and all this nonsense every time you add a link to an email. But you can turn that off, along with other features you're not using that are getting in the way. It was really annoying when it started but their support is helpful and it's super easy to turn stuff off. The extension integrates seamlessly into my Gmail compose window. Email tracking and email templates have been huge timesavers for me with my outreach efforts. I have 10 different templates that I switch between regularly depending on my cold outreach. Knowing who has opened your email and when it pretty cool as well. It has a lot of features that I haven't needed to use yet but for the price it's a bargain. I'm using it for both my professional and personal email accounts. Pros Using sequences and email tracking helps me in my outreach campaigns. Cons Based on the competition, they should charge more. Saying this because I know how much other tools charge and I know the usefulness of this tool. Pros That you can schedule recurring emails for specific dates, times and timezones. Not only does it allow you to send emails later and throughout the day as they become relevant, but it also gives you some other tools such as tracking of emails that have been opened, recurring emails, email notes & reminders, templates for responses, and much more. The interface is simplistic yet powerful in its abilities. From just a simple Gmail account, you can now use powerful features and modules thanks to this service. I would absolutely recommend it to all. Pros I've used a lot of email extensions in order to create the perfect email. In my opinion, this is one that packs all the features I would consider the most vital. Yes! RightInbox implements with style a number of features that are sure to make your life easier; Reminders that help to keep you on top of your workload, email tracking for ensuring that important emails reach the necessary recipient, email templates for quickly sending customized messages in seconds, sequences for optimizing your workflow and productivity at a company level, private notes available to keep track of personal interests and goals, recurring emails for tasks that need to be completed on time and many more. This product is a great alternative to Boomerung and has plenty of features that are unavailable in Gmail. At its current price tag, the quality of this product provides excellent value for money. In our team, cold emailing is a big part of outbound and high deliverability rates have always been important. Our team is sure that this product will be great in the future. The integration of all these helpful features in email is awesome. I never would have thought all this could fit so much into email. Highly recommend this product. Cons I only have one suggestion for development. It would be great if they could improve the tracking of their emails so we can see when an email was opened. In addition, it would be nice if there was a way to categorize templates by topic instead of just alphabetical order. I hope they're able to make those changes soon. Pros This software was a surprised, I didn't even know a tool like that existed. Now I can't do Gmail without it. It helps me track if my email has been opened. I can inject some life into my message thanks to the customization features. I can schedule recurrent emails. It's just great!! Cons Sometimes it's buggy. I don't get the report right away. Pros The feature that led me to right inbox was the ability to schedule an automated email. As a manager I use it to schedule email check in with direct reports weekly. It works great. Pros At first, I used RightInbox for scheduling emails in Gmail...there was no native functionality at that tiem in Gmail and that was an awesome feature. Prescheduled followups and mail-merge templates were a secondary use case, and worked pretty decently. Overall... very feature rich. Cons The UI was rather clunky with Gmail, and Gmail introduced a schedule send feature natively recently, which destroyed the main value prop I'd been using RightInbox for.
