fantastic support and its what you need if you have a good API to integrate to it. This tool has been good to us.

Pros

A great live tool with fantastic support. Really efficient support and will listen to new ideas to customise your experience.

Cons

May take a while to load if there's a lot of campaigns on the server. May struggle with large amounts of data. Depending on the company.

Very positive, has reduced my day to day reporting workload massively and allowed me to focus my efforts on pulling out insights from the data.

Pros

I like the ability the software has given me to map and cut data in any way we see fit. The rules function whilst simple has has allowed us to map large volumes of data automatically by following a simple taxonomy. This has in turn allowed relative structure to be developed across the clients i work on.

Cons

The slow load times when building and maintain the dashboard. Whilst it doesn't impact me too much day to day it can be frustrating.
