For cold outreach, deliverability is extremely important, and Bouncer helps me reduce bounces, protect my sender reputation, and avoid wasting time on invalid contacts. The interface is simple, the results are easy to understand, and it fits well into my email campaign process. What I like most is that it saves time and gives me a cleaner foundation before I start sending. Instead of guessing whether a list is usable, I can check it first and make better decisions. Cons There is not much I dislike. Some of the result categories can take a little time to fully understand at the beginning, especially if you are new to email verification and deliverability. Pros It was easy to buy credits and have an email list checked for valid emails. A client of mine had an old email list and I wanted to make sure it was save to email this list. That is where Bouncer came in. Cons I had some more questions about risky email addresses, but never got a reply from Bouncer. They replied to my email, but when I had a follow-up question I didn't hear from them anymore, also not after a second email. Pros Honestly, it’s just really good at weeding out the fake and dead emails. I’ve integreted it into the CSV upload part of my mailing system via API, and it just works. i've barely seen a single hard bounce since i started using it. The UI is also prety straightforward; it doesn't try to be over-complicated, which I appreciate. Cons The API setup was a bit of a headache for me.. i actually managed to burn through a few hundred credits just trying to get the connection right, which was pretty anoying. i wish the testing phase was a bit more "idiot-proof" so I wouldn't have wasted those credits during the integration. One of the highlights for me is the Credit System; it's user-friendly and functional because the tokens never expire, offering a lot of flexibility. In terms of value for money, I don't find it overpriced at all; the price is fair for the quality and peace of mind it provides. While I did have to make some minor technical adjustments to the response times for automated setups, it's definitely an excellent investment for any email marketing strategy. Pros The best part is how easy it is to integrate their API (it’s completely headache-free). Also, the bulk list cleaning and Domain Management features are total lifesavers. I really appreciate that it identifies "accept all" servers and gives you detailed reputation reports; that level of detail is a game-changer for protecting your sender health and making sure your emails actually land in the inbox. The UIX it's very friendly. Cons There’s a bit of a "disconnect" sometimes between the web dashboard and the API. I’ve run into cases where the API marks an email as "unknown" due to timeouts or greylisting, but when I upload that same email manually to the dashboard, it validates just fine. It would be awesome if both interfaces were perfectly synced in terms of timing to avoid double-checking.
