Pros This software has drastically reduced our bounce rate, and it picks up a lot of risky emails and helps me decide to only send to deliverable emails. I highly recommend this to anyone dealing with mailing lists. Cons I would like an even stronger filter to get the bounce rate below 1%. Cons What I liked least about Bouncer is that it doesn’t really explain why some emails fail. It could give more details. Overall, my experience is great so far even though I've experienced with some bouncing emails although I've done verification. Pros I especially like the pricing plan. Unlike the other website, I can purchase the credits for one-time use. Cons I think they should improve their verification system to be better. Once I had the on-boarding session, It was super easy. The on-boarding answered my questions about the process of using Bouncer. I was able to use it without the on-boarding. I am not very tech savvy, I know some, enough to get going and was able to use Bouncer without the on-boarding. The Interface is clear and easy to read. Once I was shown the process of using it, it's easy. Now I use it weekly. I have not needed any tech support because it is simple to use. It was easy to explain to my assistant how to use Bouncer. Pros It weeds out invalid email address. The toxicity check is awesome. My marketing list shrinks, however since the emails go to valid addresses, I am not marked as a spammer Cons Nothing. I like everything about Bouncer. No cons for my usage. Reason for choosing Bouncer The feature "Toxicity". Toxicity check helps me decide what emails addresses to/or not send to. Keeps me from being marked as a spammer. This feature reduces the number of emails I send; I don't send to addresses that are greater than toxicity level 2, however the emails I send go through.
