### "Bouncer - an almost forgotten product "

We get virtually zero orders with mispelled email address.

Pros

The reason I chose Bouncer was the ease of implementation of the API connection. We have our custom made webshop so integration time and effort is really important. Integration went like a breeze, the application works silently in the background, I almost forget it. Price is reasonable.

Cons

There is nothing much I can complain about.

We considered other products, but integration took place more than a year so I cannot remember which other products we evaluated. We considered price, API integration simplicity when opting for Bouncer.

I've had a great experience with Bouncer, both in contact with their support and both in contact with the tool. I validate emails on a weekly basis and I'm satisfied with the results.

Pros

\- Support is efficient: quickly answer you, deeply investigate your issues; - The bounce rate is the lowest that I've found doing tests comparing other tools; - The price is very competitive, so it's the best cost/benefit ratio; - The blog has a lot of content to help you understand deliverability better;

Cons

\- I didn't get the bounce rate I wished because of Outlook bounces, but it was still the lowest bounce rate I've got from all other solutions; - I wish we could select if we want to know which ESP is related to which domain;

Reason for choosing Bouncer

Because Bouncer is a more complete solution, with more detailed reports, more effective in reducing bounces, integrates with other tools and is cheaper.

Pros

Easy to use and able to connect it with other email outreach tools via the API (such as Lemlist, etc.)

Cons

Onboarding could be slightly improved and made easier. But the longer I use it, the more I like it.

Bouncer helps keep my email health in great shape as it cleanses the list from undeliverable emails. It also saves me the time of having to go through and delete the emails if they have issues down the road.

Pros

I utilize the verify list aspect of bouncer. It is very easy to use and quite efficient. I love that it is not overly complicated and I can jus put in my list and let it do its job.

Cons

I wish it would show you which emails are undeliverable/risky so you could try and see patterns for bad emails.

Pros

I appreciate the straightforward nature of Bouncer, making it an easy-to-use solution both for single email verification and bulk email verification.

Cons

It's pretty minimalistic, so it might be a problem for some use cases, but for our use case it's more of an advantage.

We use Social Wifi and we send email invitations and other direct marketing in real time. A lot of Wi-Fi users, mistyped their emails and sometimes intentionally write a fake email. This can cause a lot hard bounces and ruin our domain reputation. Bouncer was God sent for us.

Pros

Email deliverability check on the fly is God sent for social Wi-Fi platform. No more hard bounces, no more pray not to ruin our domain reputation. Their UX is a little raw, but that makes it up for their excellent immediate prompt support. I have used their bulk clean up which also just works. They have some native integrations with MailChimp and few others. Can't wait for SendinBlue integration...

Cons

None. Their support is top-notch and personalized. Helped me to connect to their API, they even went the extra mile to offer video call to set it up for me.

The truth is that there is nothing that I liked less.My use is clear, to verify emails so there is nothing I didn't like, the quality is good and it filters well what I need

I've been using Bouncer for about half a year now and I'm completely satisfied with this email validation tool. It's really cool that the tool shows you a valid result even before you run the check.

Pros

I tried lots of similar tools on the market, but Bouncer provides the clearest validation results.

Cons

Maybe the price, but considering all the pros, it's okay.

So far, so good. I'm someone who likes to keep my processes streamlined and stick to a specific tool as my go-to for specific tasks and so far Bouncer is on track to be my go-to. Looking forward to checking out it's other functions such as 'Toxicity Check' and it's Deliverability suite.

Pros

I've just used Bouncer for email verification so far and I must say I found it very easy to use and most importantly for me the results were not only great but it was clear to see and understand with graphics as well as stats included. I love that it gives the option to pay as you go because you can really get a feel for the full facility offered by Bouncer before embarking on larger campaigns.

Cons

As I'm new to using Bouncer and have only really checked out the verification aspect I have little negative to say except that (and this might sound silly but in a world of busy people with numerous different software applications on the go it can be relevant) bouncer's domain address is usebouncer.com instead of Bouncer and I know this is probably because the domain 'bouncer' is already taken I think it will cause issues in google searches etc.

You know the feeling you get when you just find a simple product that does exactly what it says it does really well delivered by a fantastic team that demonstrates it cares about their users? Well, that's the way we feel about Bouncer. So happy we found them!

Pros

Bouncer is really straight forward to set up, configure, and use. The credit packages pricing is simply the best we've found on the market. But perhaps what we like the most is their customer service. This is going to be close to impossible to beat! We're in for the long haul. :o)

Cons

That's a tough one because the solution does everything we could ever hope for and then some when our use case isn't even core to Bouncer's target market. Not much to add here...

Love everything about them. The amount of Catch-all emails they can verify is unreal!! And their customer care is super responsive.

Cons

Nothing much really other than the pricing. They are extremely expensive. But worth every penny!

Great experience with both the product, and customer service (with the CTO stepping in to help).

Pros

Easy to use via API to integrate in various workflows (Python scripts).Good results, ie decrease of bounces vs. other tools used before.

Cons

Batch requests are more accurate, though implementation of this method via API using Python is a bit tricky (for me). Would love a Python library for it, or ready to use code for batch processing.

Reason for choosing Bouncer

It was recommended by Lemlist, which I was using at the time.Nice website, pricing & I like to support small companies.

Till now I have used 5 different services and I must say, Bouncer, is exceptional. The service is very much straightforward in what it does. It’s cheap and saved me a lot of time while my clients kept on sending emails to their customers. Highly recommended.

Overall, I am happy with the software. We have a team of 4 people using teh software and we dont have a predictable usage, so the option to buy credits come in very handy.

Pros

Ease of use and on-the-go credits without the need to buy any subscription. Plus the accuracy is fairly good, if not world class.

Cons

Nothing as such. Just that if the accuracy of email validation could have been even better. There happen to be som emails marked by Bouncer in green but they actually bounce.

Pros

Bouncer allow us to double check if we should send or not an email. The ability to do it in bulk thanks to csv import or directly with the lemlist integration is a great. It completely changed the way we prospect.

Cons
