Our overall experience with Wallace Software has been good and there has been times but there’s been challenges but we seem to get them worked out the staff is small that’s the only recommendation that I would have for them is more support people and programmers but you know that comes at an additional cost to the end-user so for bad being said the cost of the system is very reasonable with the monthly support as well

Pros

Maritime software user. The software has a lot of functionalities it completes your approach to a full-service MARINE or MARINA dealership with parts microfiche look up for integrated point-of-sale with credit card Processing, service is very user-friendly, storage slip filling and dryer rack boat towel launching a recovering system is very efficient and keeping track of your boats going in and out of the water, The accounting system gives you great control over your AR customers and accounts payable which it’s all any grades in one system, But it takes a tremendous commitment for implementation of this software be prepared which most dealerships don’t take seriously when they move to a new system.

Cons

Quite frankly the system is very robust has a Lotta great features that rounds out the total MARINE and MARINA experience it gives you all the tools that you need to run your business which other software‘s have pieces of that system not a full rounded product that’s what I like most about the system. As you know with all software’s there’s ups and downs most of it is user error that blames the software companies normally but there are sometimes that when there are glitches but overall they get worked out

Reasons for choosing Anchorsoft

The reason we choose ANCHOR software was we found that in the industry for software companies that were out there did not have a complete marina software package that included wet slip storage rental as well as dryer rack boat Storage which included A scheduler to keep track of your launching and recovering of your boats and parts module interface to look up parts and select them from the manufacturers catalog and place them on a work order or invoice this was a big key to our decision making Wallace has it all one stop shop As well as a boat sales module which we have not implemented yet
