Pros: I am using this for customer support in my online application bugcutter.com for help clients queries. It is working fine. As a startup, It is required to save every dollar and this helps me. It is 100% free with all features and customization.

Cons: As a cons< i am not getting any point. As on 1000% free price, I am not getting any such tool on internet.

Overall: Best as none other help desk software is 100% free as it is. It saves my money and time for my team and customers to connect and solve queries fastly
