Senso.cloud Reviews
"Great Remote monitor tool"
Overall: It has made my job a lot easier and quick in most instances, the product has lots of great tools (some of which I'm sure I don't even know about) and their product support and account management is excellent you are well looked after
Pros: It can give me access to any machine on the network both in the building or from home helping me to support users from anywhere
Cons: The monitoring part of the solution can complicate things a little (especially if you have a web filter) but with their great support a solution can normally be found
"Senso and K-12 Schools"
Overall: I’m thoroughly pleased with the features and service that Senso has provided our school district.
Pros: I like the powerful suite of features that Senso has that make integrating technology into the classroom as well as management of devices.
Cons: I would be hard pressed to complain about anything, but on occasion there have been issues with modules. That being said, as soon as there was a problem, I was able to get it remedied through our support contact.

"Unreliable and Inconsistent"
Overall: My overall experience is not very good with Senso due to the issues I listed above, as well as some other inconsistencies. For example, I power off all of my stations every night. I have to do this usually at least 3 times before they will all shut down, and then I will still have to go around and manually turn off 2 or 3 because they are "offline" on Senso. I am sure there are features that are available that I do not use but that is because the ones I do use don't work, so I am not willing to invest more time into this program. There have been days that I lose up to 10 minutes of class time because I have to deal with an issue that Senso is causing. There are times when I lock their stations (a must for a middle school teacher trying to keep their attention since I can't broadcast to their stations) and then instead of using the "unlock" feature to unlock them all, some unlock and others stay locked and I have to tell it to "lock" them to get them to "unlock". Not lock them and then unlock them, it is like the "lock" feature becomes a toggle switch in the middle of the time I have them locked for just some of them. It is very frustrating! It is hard to even put into words what the problems are because they are different all of the time. They had to take Senso off of my teacher station because it wouldn't allow me to get to the login screen for our attendance/gradebook software (PowerSchool). My station would lag like crazy with it installed too, so I wasn't sad about it.
Pros: That it was web based and we didn't have to worry about server issues.
Cons: 1. It doesn't do what they say it can. We were told we would be able to broadcast our screens onto the students' screens. This does not work, at all. In most cases, it locks up the students' stations and we have to power them off manually and back on. 2. It is inconsistent. It doesn't always connect to all of my stations. It is random which ones connect and which ones do not. It will grab a computer and lock it when I tell it to, and then in the middle of being locked it will drop the computer and say it is offline. I can not unlock it then and have to do a manual power off and on.
"Senso-So Easy to Use "
Overall: This business has been amazing to work with and the customer support is always available. One of the best companies out there and will continue working with them.
Pros: Ease of Use Compatibility with Chromebooks and Google Classroom Ability to login on multiple devices to save time Ability to login to computer and work from home Ability to view screens of students while they are working
Cons: Needs updates frequently Can't receive alerts for student issues yet
"Senso"
Overall: From the beginning of the first information call I have always felt supported and informed about updates and changes made to the Senso product.
Pros: Built for the cloud, easy to manage updates, simple design that any user will understand.
Cons: Grouping clients together can be a challenge depending on your organizations needs.
"I can't believe that this company is still in business."
Overall: I dislike the software. I would recommend that no one buys it.
Pros: The computers can be added on the software without hard wiring.
Cons: I cannot broadcast. It lasts for 10 seconds. When I lock the computers only some lock. When unlocking the computers, only some unlock. Therefore, we have to do a hard restart to the computers to get them back to use them. Computers disappear and reappear without reason.
