Pros: I think the best part of using this software is the ease of use for both the emploers and the canddiates. It makes the whole process less itimidatinng for the candidates.

Cons: The lacking of a drop down menu for current projects, having to type it in each time makes it possible that you will have two didnt places where the videos can end up.

Overall: Open company that is willing to update their products when we needed something new. Easy to use and happy with the quality so far.

Pros: The best part has certainly been that we have managed to save time on the recruitment proces

Cons: Danish text, presentation - but was quickly translated once discovered

Overall: My experience has been great. We have managed to save time on the interview time, our recruitment process is getting more effective and HR/Hiring managers are able to view the videos that the candidates have submitted when we have time - very effective when operating in several times zones, viewing over smart phone has also been great.

Pros: Easy to use, and it is a very efficient tool, because you can easily assess the candidates profile and attitude this way instead of inviting candidates to interview on an assessment of their resumé.

Cons: Could be very nice if it is integrated in the recruitment software a lot of companies already have. As far as I know, you're very near that solution

I was sceptical at first but SnS showed to be extremely efficient for recruiting

Pros: Perfect tool for a first hand impression and sense of the individual you have in front of you. though i experienced to get to know a broader candidate pool because of this

Cons: it triggers only a first hand impression and therefore a too fast and intuitive decision on the video side

Overall: very great tool to get to know a bigger and broader pool of candidates (also to explore more) and then let more people be potential - it is very efficient in this way and is time efficient. i use it mostly for positions where the extroversion is more outspoken
