Absolutely the best selection, knowledgable well trained staff available to assist anytime, never failed to deliver. Cons At first it was a little frustrating trying to make an initial connection and understanding of what it was and almost didn't order the service; but once the ball got rolling it was clear that this was our best choice. Cons Price is our only issue, but it is not so much that we will not continue to use this product. It has less commission fee of 2.9%. With Bokun you can cut huge prices on website development and maintenance. You can connect Bokun with Tripadvisor and Viator and import the tours. Bokun also gives a Book Now button widget with tours booking Modal Box, so that your user can book tours on Bokun from your own website. The customer care service is really good. Cons Bokun charges commission on sales as well as monthly platform fee. If any of one could have been waived, the product would have been more better. Easy to install, quite easy to understand all the functions Cons marketplace: I don't think it's well done. Difficult to keep in touch with the TO which asked to cooperate. It was easy to integrate with Stripe payments, Viator/ Tripadvisor website, and the options for integrating with further websites is there too if needed. Bokun does really excel in customer support, that is the best thing about Bokun, you really have no problems because any confusion you have on the platform is easily solved by their team. Thanks! Pros The best thing about Bokun is the level of support the provide. All of my problems are quickly answered and solved. The booking widgets integrate nicely into my boat charter website. The customer support can be a cornerstone in this subject. They speed they react and the results they provide, always keeps me satisfied. Pros Works very fast on my computer. No delays or lags. Never observed. Cons Lately they increased the commission fee to 2.3%, which is almost the same as others. But as a software I don't have any major negative aspects to mention.
