They offered us to move all our products on Viator, which was not made properly. Let it aside, the customer service keeps passing our problem to someone else and each time I had to explain everything from the scratch. They say they will get in touch in a few hours but no one actually comes with a solution. The software has connectivity issues even with their own company! If you are a travel company, consider using this software twice! I work less because I Bokun organises everything for me, such as bookings etc. And I sell much more because I am not able to scale my marketing on the internet thru Bokuns sales channels. Pros The Bokun platform is very easy to use and works perfectly. When ever I have a question their helpful and professional support team always helps out and really fast. Today I have total control over my bookings and Bokun integrates all my partner On-Line Travel agents into one view and control. Bokun also makes it possible for me to sell directly on my website today thru their powerful widgets. Cons I am today able to use the site on my cell phone to do the most important tasks, thru my cell phone web browser. I think customizing takes time and most providers don't put in the time and effort required. I have an issue with processing payments. I've had several chats with support however it's still unresolved. Again it takes time for testing and to look for other payment solutions. Pros The integration with TripAdvisor Email notifications It's adaptive and constant updates. Persons can book your products from different platforms Cons The bookings on the sales feed page are arranged by the booking date. This makes it more enjoyable as a system to use. Pros Bokun has all the features that I require as a tour operator and the added benefit of a dedicated support team. As it is a newer platform the Bokun team have been fantastic in taking onboard feedback and insights so as to improve the product that they provide. As we were venturing into multiple cities and looking at managing multiple Viator pages. That doesn't well. The suggested solution is to create a new Bokun account that is not convenient.
