Overall: As Project Manager I have to organize resources, TL helps me to keep the overview and to report everything.
Pros: It's easy to use. I like the drag and drop function to switch time slots in the calender view. I really often use the download feature to export my time reports as PDF. And I tried the customer support, that answers fast and competent.
Cons: At the moment they only offer a Cloud Version. That makes it easy to use it everywhere but you definitley need internet.

Pros: Has a very good PDF export function. It´s vital for our business to get all data displayed nice and clean to support us in communicating tasks and goals effectively throughout our organization.
Cons: It is only available as a cloud solution - at least at the time of writing. It´s not a major issue for us but I could imagine organizations that would require offline solutions.
