With the help of this software we are able to automate our sales team, we can easily track our sales guy , and the user interface very user friendly even the person who is not interested in technology can easily understand the interface. we can do whole lot of things like:-we can track daily attendance. we can easily track distributor stock.we can track our sales guy with his location.

Cons

With my point of view the only thing which should be improved is, we have to master syn the twice or thrice in a day.

Pros

\- Good customization for us to create the KPIs calculation for incentives - Pivot feature in analysis page is great, I can slice and dice the data as per my requirement - Good customer support team that is happy to assist with any queries

Cons

\- Lot of times the app has many issues in the morning before starting work for the user and it becomes hard and frustrating for them sometimes if it happens repeatedly - Dashboards could have been better - Points system / gamification system should have been there on the app UI (It would really add a lot of value) - Market survey feature should have been more simpler. The current DB survey method is a little hard for them to remember. It should have been simple and more intuitive process.
