Also with regards to their attendance we can track them live. Pros Sales Reports of all the sales man in single click. User friendly. Has the feature of favorites in the reports. Manager - Strategy & Operations Food & Beverages Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Good sales management app and a flexible team that is happy to provide customized solutions " September 30, 2022 4.0 Pros \- Good customization for us to create the KPIs calculation for incentives - Pivot feature in analysis page is great, I can slice and dice the data as per my requirement - Good customer support team that is happy to assist with any queries Cons \- Lot of times the app has many issues in the morning before starting work for the user and it becomes hard and frustrating for them sometimes if it happens repeatedly - Dashboards could have been better - Points system / gamification system should have been there on the app UI (It would really add a lot of value) - Market survey feature should have been more simpler. The current DB survey method is a little hard for them to remember. It should have been simple and more intuitive process. Pros Everything, but above all the team which is very supportive, polite and bearing all the pressure of the client. Kudos to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]. I know two for now and i believe they solve everything .. so if there are others.. kudos to all that these guys are doing fab job that i dont get to know multiple layers out there..
