Pros I improved the interaction with the client by knowing better the opinion that they have about our services and being able to know what should be improved with each survey carried out, it is possible to better analyze the weaknesses that can be had against clients who are not satisfied, With the data that is obtained digitally, it is possible to have a broader understanding of the position that one has in front of the client and the competition. This has helped us to improve the creation of marketing campaigns and improve our services. Their customer service is excellent, they are always willing with great kindness, they respond very efficiently. I feel S2C does the simple things great. But when some elements of complexity are there, the software is NOT very flexible. Pros LIVE dashboards including implementing basic derived calculations (say a Brand Health Score) from multiple parameters is a BIG plus. That's the best part about using this S2C. Cons Some of the features are still basic/ not developed. A simple example: A trend chart could require a quarterly label in-between monthly labels.
