Pros

Clutch is a complete marketing platform for B2C that lets you run targeted loyalty campaigns, marketing campaigns, and more. - Easy to use and get started. - Customer segmentation provides you with tons of data. - Grow your business and revenue. - Use data to create buyer personas to use across all marketing channels.

Cons

The platform is still developing and needs a lot of new features. Besides, as of now, it is a bit pricey.

Overall, I think Clutch has been a useful resource and a good company to work with. We haven't had a lot of issues with the program itself, and when a problem has come up- we can usually work it out ourselves by utilizing the online portal.

Pros

I like that we have an online portal that we can access to check gift card balances, check to see whether or not a gift card was loaded, what date the gift card was loaded, what amount was initially loaded onto the gift card, and which of our 5 locations was the inital seller of the gift card.

Cons

At first, I wasn't able to get access to the online portal and that made it very difficult when having to deal with gift card discrepancies.
