If you establish a workflow taking them in account, you're going to love it. Pros Runrun.it uses the Kanban methodology as the base for its organization, being easy to understand and get used to. It allows customizing a lot of its features for your needs. Cons Our team deals with many small tasks, so the need to click a lot to create tasks, get things done, end up using too much time we could be using to work. This leads us not to input every task into the system, specially the smallest/quickest ones, and this is not good. Reason for choosing Runrun.it The Runrun.it team and support are wonderful! Switched from [Asana](https://www.capterra.com/p/184581/Asana-PM/) We moved to Runrun.it because it offers payments em BRL (Brazilian Real) and Asana was charging more every few months without offering new functionality in the same level. Now at 2021 we moved to Wrike, that was our dream app to use, we pay more than double than Runrun.it, but it offers a lot more tools designed for Creative Professionals/Agencies. Pros The time tracking is fenomenal, the user interface and the organisation are without a doubt the best. Some features are still chunky, but my overall expeience is really good Cons It is really hard to maintain track of who is with each task, the calendar interface is really awkward and hard. The lack of audio feedback when playing, pausing or delivering a task is something that bothers me personally (After effects would be a good reference) because sometimes you click a task and it didnt play and you forgot to check out. Enfim, é tudo que a gente precisa dentro da rotina de uma empresa. Pros O Runrun.it é uma plataforma super intuitiva e de simples utilização em todas as camadas de usuários. Eu, enquanto gestor, já deixo até a guia principal pra ser aberta sempre no Dashboard, assim como os demais gerentes da empresa. Assim todo mundo já inicia o dia sabendo tudo o que tem pra acontecer e pode avaliar nosso cenário geral. Além disso, a facilidade de organizar projetos e tarefas e, mais recentemente subtarefas, fez uma diferença fantástica na nossa rotina.E hoje, com mais de 2 anos de uso da ferramenta, a gente confia muito nos prazos em que a ferramenta estima as entregas, isso faz muita diferença pra gente acelerar ou não a entrada de um novo cliente na Agência.Ahhh, e a plataforma sempre está investindo em coisas novas que vão de encontro ao que a gente precisa no dia-a-dia enquanto gestor, como é o caso dos novos filtros, opção de alterar tasks em lote, criar formulários internos ou públicos, enfim, tudo de bom. Cons Acredito que não seja o ponto principal do software, mas não utilizamos muito a comunicação interna por ele, não a achamos tão intuitiva. Acabamos preferindo por um terceiro para fazer isso (por aqui escolhemos o slack). As comunicações de alteração dentro dos jobs funcionam perfeitamente, mas quando falamos em conversar com equipes ou pessoas isso é mais complexo. Depois a versão gratuita foi se tornando limitada demais. E a versão paga um preço muito alto com a exigência assinatura mínima pra 5 usuários. Acabei abandonando a ferramenta. Hoje no mercado já muitas opções com preços e condições mais em conta, mas meu sonho é de fato um dia voltar usar a ferramenta desse que o preço e as condições sejam justos. Pros Gosto de todos os recursos. Ele oferece muitas possibilidades e facilita o trabalho. Cons O preço é muito alto, sobretudo pela exigência de se fazer uma assinatura mínima com 5 usuários. Pros A ferramenta é bem prática para organizar as tarefas e do dia a dia e adicionar regras para repetição, regras de responsáveis e controle de data de início e entrega, além de ser ótimo para a contabilização do tempo trabalhado. Cons Tem alguns pontos que são negativos para o software, como não poder apagar várias tasks de uma vez, tendo que sempre selecionar uma por uma, além disso, as vezes quando criamos uma task nos quadros iniciais elas somem e fica difícil encontrar. Os pontos mais interessantes, para mim, são a possibilidade de unir times grandes no mesmo quadro e compartilhar diferentes quadros, alocação de diferentes projetos em diferentes quadros, gestão do tempo e subtarefas.
