It does the main job very well and that is helping to manage sales pipeline. The ability to generate offer or quotes right from SpinCRM by populating Word templates with information from CMR has been especially useful. In addition to that, it has a very nice dashboard that is usually the first screen you see when logged in. It gives you the quick overview of what has to be done. Cons Nothing particularly. There might be scenarios where you might need to click a few more times to reach a record. Overall the CMR system is being quickly developed so all these situation which are known have been already sorted. Pros Easy to use, always updated, customizable to work area, all information can be stored in one place, linked to google so it can be easily linked to an email or calendar. Cons The ability to store all information in one place, which can be accessed by each colleague. It's fast for customer service.
