It's extremely easy to use. As a small business owner, time is always my enemy. With HireWho, the ease of the tools gives me back so much more time in my day for doing things I actually want to be doing.

Cons

None as of right now. I can't think of anything I would change.

Pros

The ATS, ability to text applicants, and most importantly automations that I’m allowed to set up. I literally can set up my hiring process with automations and templates to where I don’t even talk to them until they have been qualified and are ready for an in person interview.

Cons

They just changed around their website so I am still getting familiar with the new layout.
