"Great CS (so far) in a robust (yet complex) tool"

**Overall:** I will call out their customer service - i conencted wtih \[sensitive content hidden\] very quickly during a chat to resolve and get some questions answered about their Affiliate tool. He was very helpful and clear and action oriented \*\*\*\*\* (five stars on \[sensitive content hidden\])

**Pros:** So far so good. the tool itself is complex with alot of 'rabbit holes' that you can get lost in, which leads to a learning curve and a time commitment I wasn't expecting but the feature sets are robust.

**Cons:** Complexity. There is a dual layer navigation menu and the pricing is a bit confusing, you have alot of add ons. For example you can sync reviews in the Feed plan but there is an entirely different Review section in another plan that is additive and more robust for syndication and followup so while the two are related that are billed and function separately, not ideal.

**Reasons for Choosing AfterShip:** I was mainly looking at integrations for tiktok shop publishing shippping sync and affiliate management - this was one of the best options i could find.

"Helpful Support, but Platform Could Be More Intuitive"

**Overall:** AfterShip support was very helpful in walking me through a complicated syncing issue between TikTok Shop and Shopify. The team was responsive, patient, and committed to resolving the problem, which I truly appreciated. That said, the platform itself is not very intuitive when it comes to explaining why orders fail to sync. It would be helpful if error messages or sync logs provided more context or actionable guidance without needing to escalate to support. Overall, great customer service, but there’s room for improvement in user experience and transparency.

**Pros:** the prompt customer service done through a google meeting and sharing my screen. Customer service like this is rare — I felt genuinely supported, and it made a big difference in resolving what could have been a very frustrating situation. Thank you \[sensitive content hidden\]!
