Pros

Very complete solution. Setup is not always intuitive, but good support helped me get through the tough spots.

Cons

Complexity of setup. The UI itself is not always obvious how to do things like translations, etc. An AI with a quick start guide would be helpful, based on yoru custom use case.

Excellent support team. \[sensitive content hidden\] helped me overcome a significant challenge with my Aftership connection. Their support is significantly better than their competitor Loop Returns.

Cons

The UI is a little clunky. I wish it were a bit more streamlined and clean. They offer a lot of apps that we do not use in one dashboard, which hurts the overall UI experience.

The platform is more flexible and far better customer support than Loop Returns. Loop has a slightly better UI, but their customer support and usability is much worse as compared to Aftership

I will call out their customer service - i conencted wtih \[sensitive content hidden\] very quickly during a chat to resolve and get some questions answered about their Affiliate tool. He was very helpful and clear and action oriented \*\*\*\*\* (five stars on \[sensitive content hidden\])

Pros

So far so good. the tool itself is complex with alot of 'rabbit holes' that you can get lost in, which leads to a learning curve and a time commitment I wasn't expecting but the feature sets are robust.

Cons

Complexity. There is a dual layer navigation menu and the pricing is a bit confusing, you have alot of add ons. For example you can sync reviews in the Feed plan but there is an entirely different Review section in another plan that is additive and more robust for syndication and followup so while the two are related that are billed and function separately, not ideal.

Amazing! We signed on with them and had to work through a few things, but since then everything has been pretty top notch! They respond in a timely fashion, are constantly improving their systems, and offer the most value for your money.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] did an awesome job answering my questions about the new return process we are introducing! He thoroughly explained the process in detail. included visuals, and resources I could reference later.

Cons

There's not many bad things I can say about Aftership at this point. They are always looking to improve!

### "Best Shipment Tracking Solution"

AfterShip help my Canada Shopify store solve our problem with accurate Shipment Tracking. I've tried many services: Track123, ParcelLab, ... But nothing came close to AfterShip number of supported carriers. The Customer Support team is super fast and knowlegable, I usually got an answer after 15m and they always solve my problem, shout out to \[sensitive content hidden\]

Pros

\- Wide range of supported carriers - Fast and amazing support - Detailed documentation - Easy to setup

Cons

\- Confusing pricing plans which cause alot of trouble for my company to find the suitable plan. - Simple "Tracking Page" layout, no map view.

Overall Aftership works perfectly for us as a business and in the price range is the best option on the market for tracking services.

Pros

Really easy to use, great interface, webhooks work perfectly. Used a couple alternative tracking services before Aftership that were below par. Customer support is always extremely quick and helpful, have been in touch with multiple support workers but the most recent Khushi was really helpful!

Cons

Email building is a little limited so we send our own through webhooks, still better than other services though...! Royal Mail not being supported as a courier is also a shame for the non-premium packages.

Pros

Cons

I can't think of any area that needs improvement. The product is excellent, and the support gets 5 out of 5 stars!

It's a robust system for checking and monitoring my shipments. The webhook and API integration make it very easy to connect with our internal system and automate tracking updates efficiently.

Cons

There are many features in the dashboard, which sometimes makes the interface feel a bit crowded. There are also double menus in some sections, so I almost clicked the wrong module a few times.

The setup is a bit difficult at first but once you get used to it, it makes sense. It is quite expensive but you get what you pay for I guess.

I haven’t been using AfterShip for very long, but I’ve already noticed a few bugs, which I’ve reported to support. I also have a few other concerns, but unfortunately they can’t be addressed – for example, customizing the color of your cookie bar on my homepage. That orange color feels like an eyesore in my shop.

Pros

My concern was quickly acknowledged and an attempt was made to resolve it. \[sensitive content hidden\] was definitely quick to respond and took the time to help.

Cons

Unfortunately, there is still no solution to my problem at the moment, but at least it has been forwarded to the review center or development team.

It's been very good. It does what I need it to, and customer support is very responsive and helpful.

Pros

Its functionality, pricing and integration options. It has made syncing products and selling through TikTok Shop and Amazon FBA extremely straightforward.

Cons

It can be a bit confusing with the number of apps there are. It took a little while to find the necessary options to install the app on the TikTok side and authorise the app itself, but once done, it was easy from that point on.

Pros

I could track a package easily and know exactly when it was going to arrive. Which was very helpful.

The price after the free trial. I don't get that many packages so there is no reason for me to be paying

Pros

I'm giving the Customer Support Team a 5-star rating! The app is easy to set up, and easy to use. But the Customer Support Team is the star of the app! You will always get connected to a real human whenever you have problems and they'll jump straight into it to make sure the problems are solved as quickly as possible, they'll literally go the extra mile for their customers.
