Quite good. Customer service has been helpful with our concerns about choosing the wrong plan at first.

Pros

Pricing is reasonable even for a small company. Developer documents are good. Last mile carriers to Finland are supported.

Cons

Unclear presentation of plans and pricing changes during the purchase process. Sales person in initial meeting was a bit rude.

the support Representive \[sensitive content hidden\] is very helpful and patient and help me solved my problems. But this app is not so friendly maybe because i am not so familiar with it. the chat conversion alwasy disappear when the page is leading to another one

Pros

the tracking function is very helpful. very easy for the buyer to track the order status with the tracking number or order number.

Cons

too much fee for each funciton. when i buy the order tracking function. my previous setting is not working. because my previous setting is using widget. and it needs the return function. for return function, you need to pay another cost.

Pros

Returns and return store credits are easy to issue and can help us retain the customers so they dont leave.

Cons

The tracking element is not very accurate, which prompted us to use other tracking tools instead of this one.

### "Excellent Experience-- Aftership is a Money Maker!"

Excellent and my favorite app to play with and test features with to give my customers the best experience while making sure I am able to maximize sales and recover abandoned checkouts, which I wasnt able to do on Etsy before well at all.

Pros

Ease of Use - easy, intuitive user interface. Many features with professional appearance on back end inside Shopify manager and beautiful on website display customer-facing. Beats all other apps I've tried.

Cons

Nothing yet, I really havent had anything go wrong.

Awful unpredictable email send. Never automatically sent as programmed to. Hardly sent any email promos to customers and didnt let them know my shop was open again like it was suppose to. Never sent promo coupon code campaigns and I had a huge list of customers!

Pros

The customer service was outstanding! The support agent, Kanishk & Pooja, were not only knowledgeable but also went above and beyond to resolve my issues quickly. Their patience and dedication to ensuring I had a smooth experience really stood out. Excellent work!!!

We have been overall satisfied with the service, and have enjoyed seeing improvements roll out in the past few months to continue building the service. Nice work!

Pros

The service is very robust, and an effective solution for our business. It's great to see detailed tracking for each of our shipments, which really helps with our customer satisfaction as well.

Cons

We are intrigued about the Premium tier features for AfterShip, but our business is small and cannot afford to double the investment. Hopefully a mid-tier additional solution will be available in the future.

Great. Easy, happy i selected them over loop.

Pros

It's amazing to be able to get an actual person on the phone. \[sensitive content hidden\] was so helpful. He explained exactly what each section of the Admin does. I appreciate being able to do a Google Meet. The app was so easy to set up and frees up our customer service agents. I love that i can connect both of my stores to one admin.

Cons

I like it all. I wish some of the features were available in the Pro level.

Overall great experience and support. The app has a ton of functionality and I'm just scratching the surface.

Pros

Very flexible flows. Great support. \[sensitive content hidden\] was extremely helpful and hopped on a zoom call to walk me through how to achieve my desired flow. Did not expect that kind of service while I was on a trial!

Cons

There are some Premium features that I would use now, but I'm not at the volume yet to justify the cost. Not crazy about the time delay for email changes & updates, but it doesn't take too long to review.

Very good so far. We were having a lot of trouble with tracking packages on multiple websites and losing track of them. It was also a pain that FedEx and UPS log you out automatically after several minutes so it leads to a lot of wasted time in the day. Aftership doesn't have those issues and it's pretty smooth, except for the mobile app integration and that it's a paid service.

Pros

Easy to see all shipments in one place and it doesn't log me out automatically after a few minutes.

Cons

Mobile app doesn't sync. I also wish I could link our FedEx/UPS account and new shipments are automatically added to aftership, or that we can ship directly from aftership through these services.

Reason for choosing AfterShip

Haven't yet, still on the free trial and we may look at other options.

Overall it has been a wonderful 3 year journey with Aftership. We have grown along with them and can't imagine running out day to day operations without Aftership.

Pros

We loved the status updates and the ability to track multiple providers in real time. All the major logistics providers can be tracked with Aftership.

Cons

The pricing could be a little competitive. We would love to send text message notifications to our customers but the additional costs are stopping us.
