I've been using this app almost daily to track inbound and outbound shipments with ease and without too much thinking, and it never failed on me. Easily one of the best apps I have on my devices!

Pros

This app is wonderful because it's dead simple to use, unobtrusive, and very useful all at the same time. You don't need much to start tracking your inbound/outbound packages (it's as easy as it gets!) and you'll always be up to date with push notifications without having to manually open the app to check. Add to this that the interface is simple and easy to understand in a minute, and the app operates quickly. Couldn't be any better than this!

Cons

Nothing, really. It does its job wonderfully and without hiccups, which if present are usually due to the express courier own tracking system (which AfterShip "reads" to give you the necessary information).

According to my overall experience, Aftership is a solution in tracking, shipping, e-commerce industry. Our business improved customer service level with the tracking automation of aftership and reduce our customer queries regarding order status. It is best for all types of businesses. Small businesses with less orders can go with free plan to save cost and can take the benefits of the most of the features for free.

Pros

This is tool which provided our business a huge growth with it's awesome tracking automation. By integrating with this software we could create our own brand tracking link or page with customized widget for our customers to track their orders easily. It is cost effective. You will get free plan to premium plans at best pricing. When it comes to real time tracking rate it scores high. With its API integration you can import your store orders automatically to aftership dashboard and it will sync data from courier partner automatically. You can choose tracking theme, colour. This is best for businesses as well as customers. It provides worldwide courier partners tracking facilities where customers can track their orders from any courier service provider. Another best feature is, it can automatically detect courier partner name from tracking number. API integration is super easy and starts working immediately. It has also mobile app where you can track your orders and it notifies automatically on every new update on orders. After implementing this we could provide our customers a great experience in tracking orders, order notification over sms and email, etc. It's shipping feature also have great efforts towards the growth of businesses. I have mostly used aftership for tracking solution and I like this the most.

Cons

Customer support needs to be improved. In shipping features it needs to focus on pricing. Apart from that I have never found any complain to this tool.

Wonderful experience using AfterShip. Great value for the money and easy to use API / Webhook.

Pros

Customer support was amazing! Aftership employee, \[sensitive content hidden\], set up a conference call and walked me through solving my issue step by step in real time. I never receive this level of support from other companies. Super friendly and personal experience.

Cons

Sometimes tracking don't update or break. Also there are a few foreign postal carriers that my users would like to use and AfterShip hasn't implemented them.

### "Recommended App for tracking shipment"

It is a very good app that I recommend. My experience with the platform to date has been good. They handle their business well on a scale of 1-10 I’d say a 9.

Pros

Aftership is a very easy to use app and integrates quite well with shopify and ecwid. It allows you track any shipment from a fully registered carrier as long as you’ve activated the carrier from the aftership backend the tracking number issued will work. it has an easy to use interface and also a sweet tracking page display that can be customized with your actual company logo and company brand colors. I truly recommend to those running’s e-commerce businesses. They have a good customer support base who answer all related questions and also help with integration issues

Cons

My major downside was the limitation. You can only track a certain number of orders per month on the free plan but more than that you would have to pay for it

I can’t really remember the previous products I used because once I started with aftership I totally forgot about the rest, aftership allows you do stuff that most don’t on a free version for instance being able to custom Your tracking page to match your entire website rather than standing out like a sore thumb

AfterShip is an absolute game-changer when it comes to package tracking. Cons

Excellent experience which can not be said about most apps I have attempted to integrate into my stores.

Pros

Simple to set up! Having a free trial period is also important when using something that is new to me. I have been impressed with the ease of use in setting this up on 2 Shopify Stores. I can manage these connections from one dashboard which is fantastic. The support has been excellent - \[sensitive content hidden\] have both been excellent in helping me to get the most from this app.

Cons

At this stage, I do not have any cons to report on the app.

I did actually install this app but attempted to get support with the installation. I made 4 requests for support, none of which received a response.

My overall experience has been great! I am used to spending too much time being passed from department to department for other things and it has been refreshing that all my chats so far have been resolved in 10-15 max.

Pros

I like this software above others because it is relatively simple to integrate with my online store and the customer service is available 24/7 and always very helpful and courteous. I also enjoy the amount I can do without a paid plan which is always helpful.

Cons

I feel that the free plan is great and exactly what I need, and I am sure anything else is readily available with an upgraded plan.

Reason for choosing AfterShip

I found the other products more confusing to figure out, and more pricey. While I would ideally like to have a real time shipping option on my site to give customers a definite shipping rate, as a small business, it is quite expensive and also being a Canadian retailer that does business equally between US and Canada, I have found a lot of the products are limited to only one ship from address. My situation is complicated in that I use a shipping broker where I drop products off and they truck to the US border so if I were to use the real time shipping, I was not able to switch between Canadian address for Canadian customers and US address for US customers. So for me I am using the tracking services and that is awesome.

I'd rather use aftership services and improve order tracking experience on my store than have to worry about manually updating each orders status.

Pros

Reduced the stress of tracking customer orders while providing updates every step of the way. Easy integration with shopify store. Really has helped reduce "where is my order" emails.

Cons

Sometimes takes days if not weeks to update status of package tracking. Estimated delivery isn't standard on basic subscriptions.

Pros

As the owner of Twisted Hurricane LLC, I am using AfterShip to sync my products to my TikTok shop, and I must say, it has been a game-changer! The platform is incredibly user-friendly and has streamlined the entire process, making it much more efficient and hassle-free.

Cons

While I have had a largely positive experience with AfterShip, one area that could be improved is the integration with print-on-demand services. Specifically, I would like to see connectors for Printful and Printify. As someone who uses print-on-demand services, having a seamless integration with these platforms would greatly streamline my operations and make it easier to manage my business. Currently, the lack of direct integration means I have to spend extra time and effort to manually manage certain aspects of my orders, which is not ideal. Adding this feature would make AfterShip even more comprehensive and useful for businesses like mine.

It was a good experience despite my sync issues.

Pros

What I like about its easy to setup, the dashboard is easy to understand.

Cons

I was having difficulty with the order sync and wondered why it did not work so well with the orders from Tikok. But I purchased the essentials plan and just not sure where I went wrong. Or should I have just purchased the PRO plan since I don't have enough orders yet. My orders were cancelling because of those issues and I was getting really frustrated.

Great customer experience with \[sensitive content hidden\] . We had an issue locating automation within the app. She jumped on a call with me and worked through the issue. I was able to fix the problem in less than five minutes. I was saved so much time.

Pros

AfterShip is an easy platform to use within Shopify. Customers can submit their returns via the app and easily communicate with our team.

Cons

The only issue is having to log in every time there is an RA email. It would be great if it automatically logged you in when you click the RA link.

The app worked as it was supposed to, but the pricing changes were frustrating and caused me to leave.

Pros

I loved how Aftership was starting to incorporate everything into one app. Order Lookup and Tracking for customers, a branded tracking page, notifications, back-end analytics as well as estimated delivery timeframes.

Cons

Over the course of using this software, Aftership changed its pricing model. This was frustrating because I was grandfathered in, however, I needed to scale back my plan with them. In looking to scale back my plan it would have been more expensive to downgrade the quota due to the new pricing model. Also, several features of the software got restricted unless I upgraded to a more expensive plan.

Initiated a call and shared his screen to guide me on my specific requirements. Hope the app will live up to this level of service, post-payment! :) Update 6 Nov: \[sensitive content hidden\] just assisted today and he is very well-versed in the app. Thank you!

1\. For the newsletter, there's no option to preview an existing block. Eg. i have 5 sections of images. The panel interface will only look like this Image > Divider > Image > Divider > Text. There's no way i can see maybe the image uploaded name or like a small little preview icon. 2. There's also no way to duplicate an existing block. so for example i have an image block linking to a specific page on my website. For my next image block i want to have the exact same settings as the first image block but want to change image only. I have to add a brand new image block and set everything again AND type in my specific webpage again.

My most recent experience with Support Chat at Aftership was awesome. \[sensitive content hidden\] took time to ensure that the information regarding the compatibility of the new version 1.17.0 to Wordpress 6.2.2 is conveyed accurately. With this information, we went ahead to update the new version as tester with a surely guarantied support in case of issues. Really appreciated!

Pros

I really like all the tracking features and the ability to add other marketing info at the bottom of the tracking email templates. Nitin did a great job with the demo today! Very helpful!

Cons

1\. I would like a clickable phone number added to the Email templates. 2. I would like the ability to send an email the DAY BEFORE a delivery because we have very expensive packages arriving on people's doorsteps and the OUT FOR DELIVERY email is too late for them to arrange for someone to be there for the delivery.
