The team always take time to explain and resolve. Pros Customer support is timely and diligent - I appreciate the extra efforts of the team members. Today \[sensitive content hidden\] was particularly helpful. Cons Knowing how to re-issue items for synch - this isn't clear to me and I ask but still am not sure. I was also able to install the app very easily. I did not know that each service had its own app which I think is very good. It gives you a chance to use 1 app and thus not be stuck with a high monthly payment right away. So far pleasantly excited with the app! Since our deliveries require a signature, it is imperative that we have the type of visibility and ability to provide real time information to our customers. Cons Currently we're having some support issues from the partner that we integrate into Aftership with. So if we were using Aftership directly, we probably would not experience the issue we have at this time, as it is on the partner side. When we have the same agent or no more than two is better and faster. Pros The number of carrier available, multi brand, SMS and email notifications feature. Managing Director Retail Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Scam Company - Will Steal Your Money" January 21, 2019 1.0 A good customer service team would realise they have limitations in their software and not turn down a £40k customer - however the customer service team don't care. They just want your money. Pros The UI is pretty but otherwise useless. That's all. Cons They have a seriously buggy integration which you can't troubleshoot yourself. They have a problem with things called "Carrier slugs" which even when used correctly are not 100% correct. The result; if you upload a CSV of say 10,000 tracking numbers you may find that 9,000 of them get allocated to random/incorrect couriers. Numbers allocated to incorrect couriers cannot be modified manually or through CSV meaning you are paying for a broken number. In the above example that's a cost of $800 for nothing.
