I paused my subscription during the Covid 19 pandemic. Once I returned to the office I wanted to cancel my subscription. The Auto renewal was set to 23-th of May. On 6-th of May I decided to cancel it but couldn't find it in any directory or link on the website. I hit by mistake the unpause button and was immediately charged 58.8$ and my subscription was renewed until 6/6/2020. I didn’t want the service and I’m not intending to use it. It was done by a mistake and lack of option to cancel my subscription before unpausing it. So I turned immediately to support in chat, then followed it by phone call, then got an email basically saying it's your problem we are not going to refund you. I have used the software to get the emails I have always wanted. It's a great product and super easy to use. Pros I like the fact that the software is quick and easy to use. I also enjoy the fast speed and very useful in finding email address on LinkedIn. Cons The software would be better if i could start getting more mailboxes because not all mailboxes can be checked.
