Inoltre, fatto il primo lavoro di inserimento dati, siamo molto più rilassati rispetto alla possibilità di perderci scadenze o adempimenti. Pros Il software funziona in maniera egregia come sistema di gestione sia delle attrezzature aziendali sia di tutti i processi, azioni e adempimenti che possono sempre sfuggire alla nostra attenzione. Il fatto che, inserito chiaramente il "cosa devo fare", il sistema mi automatizza tutta una serie di processi che prima implicavano numerosi scambi di mail, incomprensioni e dimenticanze, è impagabile. Da un punto di vista della valutazione dei rischi la cosa che mi piace veramente molto è che, dopo anni di autocompilatori, questo strumento consente di fare una vera valutazione dei rischi e mettere in evidenza quali sono veramente gli elementi da monitorare per controllare il rischio mentre, allo stesso tempo, aiuta a tenere attivi questi strumenti. In sintesi direi che, capita la logica su cui si muove il sistema, è estremamente semplice da usare e rende risultati di un'efficacia che fino ad ora non ho trovato in altri software. Inoltre ad un costo ragionevole si può avere uno strumento fruibile da chiunque e che ha le funzioni che servono veramente. Ottimo. Cons La maggior pecca che ancora ad oggi si paga è che il software è giustamente concepito per lavorare nel web e per generare informazioni in digitale. Quando si tratta di esportare le informazioni o i dati o i documenti in generale presenti nel sistema si paga una forma grafica abbastanza elementare. Il problema è ampiamente risolvibile solo se si ha una minima competenza informatica per poter rimodulare i modelli interni. Nulla di drammatico ma per esportare un documento e dargli una veste grafica come i clienti sono abituati a vedere si deve comunque riprendere in mano i documenti con un editor esterno (Word o altro). Se però si tratta solo di esportazioni al fine consultativo.... va bene così. It's a tool that collects all informations in one space and allows you to manage and share them in real time with others, both with board and workers because the number of users is unlimited and customizable.
