I use this software to sync to Quickbooks Enterprise Desktop. Myworks is a fantastic software and great experience. The Quickbooks Web Connector that this leverages, however, continues to fail and halt my processes requiring manual intervention. I saw mention of a bugfix - couldn't come quickly enough.

Pros

This product was clearly built by an accounting team that knows the ins and outs of Quickbooks while also the nuances of WooCommerce. The sheer amount of depth to this product, the ability to configure minute details, is highly impactful to my recommendation here.

Cons

Some areas of the plugin are not entirely intuitive, and the need to upgrade to a higher tier to use warehousing and advanced inventory was an unwanted surprise.

My experience has been absolutely amazing! Even in the very rare cases where MyWorks experiences an outage (I've only experienced this once in 5 years), the support team is right on top of it and gets it resolved quickly. MyWorks makes importing our orders into Quickbooks a breeze. Essential for our day-to-day operations!

Pros

MyWorks is simple to set up and integrate with Quickbooks, whether you are using the cloud-based or desktop version of Quickbooks. MyWorks' team does an excellent job with onboarding and, should you ever encounter issues in the future, they are very responsive and happy to help.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any cons. It's one of the few syncing products that integrates with Quickbooks Desktop AND WooCommerce stores. It does its job very well!

Being a small retail company, we do not have time to update our online store stock on a daily basis. This program helps with this time consuming task. This saves many hours updating $$

Pros

Relatively easy to set up with website and QuickBooks online.

Cons

Automatic sync is not always reliable. More times than we would like, we have products sold in our showroom and the software requires manual adjustments to update the inventory levels online store. We are hoping this will improve as time goes on.

At the time MyWorks seemed to be the only affordable sync program to do the job we were looking for.

We have used MyWorks for about 9 months. Initially, it checked all our "boxes" in a search for a software that would accurately and efficiently transfer website orders and inventory information from our website to our QuickBooks Desktop. As a growing business, we discovered we needed to change our initial settings to accommodate changes we were looking to implement...changes that rely more on MyWorks now that we have seen what it is capable of. There are a lot of options to customize and adapt to what our business needed, which is comforting to know that we aren't stuck to a system. We use this everyday of the work week. All departments (especially accounting) are extremely happy and impressed with the integration of MyWorks to our process. We are excited to continue growing with MyWorks. Huge "thanks" to the MyWorks Team!

Pros

We really love the ability to sync information based on the User Role and customize what and where that information goes into QB. As the manufacturer, this is critical since we sell to both individual Customers and have an extensive network of Dealers around the world. MyWorks has thorough documentation and videos that has answered 90% of our questions in total, but in those few cases we still had questions or a specific request, MyWorks has come through strong with help via chat and email. Initial integration was fairly straightforward (thanks to video demo!). In specific areas were looking for or had issues with, they were extremely responsive and respectful and had a solution within hours of reaching out directly. And if neccessary, they asked we run a test order and make sure the solution was working. Call it old school, but I prefer communicating with a human to resolve an issue. We really like that they explain the issue and solution to help us understand how the software works and our team has always learned something more because of it.

Cons

The only downside we have discovered after 9 months of use is how high our expectations have become when asking for support from other software companies. MyWorks has become the standard of support and for that we are extremely grateful!

Our experience with MyWorks Sync in the first year or so of use has been very positive. It's a robust tool that delivers what is promised in an intelligible and efficient manner at a price both fair and significantly lower than the competition. I can, without hesitation, highly recommend MyWorks Sync to any e-commerce entity seeking a reliable and affordable way to streamline and automate their Woo Commerce/QuickBooks Online back-end processes.

Pros

Once the MyWorks Sync plugin is properly configured, the integration and functionality between WooCommerce and Quick Books Online is seamless. It's a huge time saver for any small to medium-size business where many hats are worn by a relatively few people. The tool is well developed and updates are maintained on a timely basis to insure compatibility with WP and WC updates. What little support we needed at the beginning was excellent, though it relies almost exclusively on email to reach a human being.

Cons

During initial setup, some renaming of QBO categories was required to facilitate an accurate initial syncing of records - not a big deal.

The entire team from MyWorks has a total Customer Focus and reach out constantly to make sure things were/are going smoothly for the set up process. This was definitely a Value added switch of sync software for our company to Quickbooks Enterprise!

Pros

The documentation provided was extremely helpful in getting everything set up. Before we went live had a session with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and his team to help with just a couple items before we started sync. They were extremely helpful in identifying other aspects of the software that we should be able to use in the near future. We were using another product and could not get any support without paying a substantial monthly payment which was not viable being a smaller business.

Cons

At this time can not come up with one CON for MyWorks product. From dealings with team at MyWorks, if we came up with an issue I am sure they would look to adding functionality at some point in time.

Reason for choosing MyWorks Sync

We looked at several products, but did not engage with any as our first contact with MyWorks felt it was a good fit.

Product works well and is a huge time saver from manually entering orders. This also cuts down human error.

Pros

This product really helps us integrate our WooCommerce site with QuickBooks Enterprise. Previous application we used was cloud based and I like that this product is not.

Cons

Custom mappings do require an additional charge. Software does occasionally crash Windows 10 however I can't say if it is Windows or the software. It really is about as stable as you would expect for desktop software.

I use it to sync WooCommerce users, orders and payments directly into QuickBooks Online. I used to have to do that manually.

Pros

Toss up between: (1) the hours and hours it saves me so that I can focus on my actual business rather than bookkeeping, and (2) the unbelievable customer support.

Cons

It's pretty complicated, but once I got the hang of it, I love it.

Very happy, it fully automates adding my woo commence sales into quick books which without it would be a nightmare time consuming manual process which i don't have time for!

Pros

Set it up once then never had to touch it again! it fully automates my woo commerce sales into quick books.

Cons

Not much really, had a few minor issues when setting up but customer service fixed these extremely quickly.

Can't quite remember but don't think zapier has all the functionality i needed. From memory one was syncing previous translations (which i had alot of) I think zapier at the time would only sync transactions going forward.

Definitely a 10 out of 10, anybody needs syncing software I think you're crazy to go anywhere else! Worth every penny.

Pros

The customer service is outstanding! If an issue came up, it was resolved within hours. Everyone's so friendly and quick to help.

Cons

It took a couple days to work the bugs out, but they were beside me all the way. It's not very often you find that kind of service these days.

Working with MyWorks sync has been a refreshing experience! They are quick to respond, and they really care about helping you get things set up exactly the way you want. They are really good at troubleshooting and solving issues as well.

Pros

They have great customer service. The app has a fully customizable sync that suits our needs from syncing orders from WooCommerce (soon to be Shopify) to QuickBooks, and their team is incredibly responsive.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. If I had to say something, it would that the fastest sync time they have is 5 min. We do live inventory, so a sync faster than 5 min would be helpful on occasion, but this is so minor and rarely ever causes issues.

I use MyWorks to sync product inventory levels between Quickbooks and Woocommerce. It does a good job doing so. We also have hundreds of products both in stock and out of stock. It does a good job all the way around, with extra features I don't use but I know would benefit other businesses such as syncing customers! Great product.

Pros

Honestly the customer support. On top of helping setup and configure the software to your site, they are very great at helping troubleshoot issues and keeping you in mind. There was an issue with syncing assembly items, but I was made aware that they were made aware of it. Then they reached out as soon as the problem was fixed and made sure everything on my site was good to go. I am here writing a review in thanks to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]

Cons

This software has features I don't use. It's not missing anything and it doesn't really break.

### "A bit costly, but better than other options"

Generally we've been happy with the software. Like many software products, the help files are not particularly well written but at least they have them.

Pros

The MyWorks team was helpful during the technical setup. The software has certainly sped up processing from our WooCommerce site and has been mostly reliable. They have been responsive to questions. Most of the time we get quick responses, though sometimes it has taken more than a day or to hear back which can be unsettling if we've run into issues.

Cons

At least once every two weeks we have a sync issue involving a previous customer. We can work around the issue, but it's a pain. This relates to my least favorite part of the MyWorks platform - there is no phone support, just chat/support tickets which I find very indirect and slow. Occasionally there's an issue I'd like help with but don't bother to ask because I dislike the chat/ticket system so much. The previous vendor we used had pay-by-call phone support which was worth the cost to get things resolved faster.

There was a bit of a learning curve for me, but because of the great support team. After using the software for several months, I feel very comfortable and it's helped save me hours of entry work. A great option for anyone looking to automate their shopping cart, with their accounting software.

Pros

This software does what I needed it to do. It saves me time, by automating the invoice entry and payment. Fast and knowledgeable support when needed.

Cons

Set up takes quite a bit of time and you will likely need help to get it right. But after you get through it all, it's smooth sailing! This software is more suitable for non-b2b, because when a buyer enters their company name, it may not be the same as the company name in the accounting system. This means there ends up being multiple companies, rather than one company.

We use MWS to synchronise products and orders between QuickBooks Online and WooCommerce, and it essential that we get new orders into QBO as quickly as possible. This plugin has done everything we have asked of it and more.

Pros

I normally have an ideological aversion to order based pricing structures, but the pricing tiers are reasonable, and this plugin is so good and richly featured I think it is excellent value for money. The support team are great and nothing is too much trouble for them, and the MWS team are open to ideas to improve functionality, and come up with ideas for enhancements based on issues reported.

Cons

Nothing really, but only intermittent issues. We have been having some issues get the inventory synchronisation working correctly in the past few months, but no issues before that, but to fair we have not yet identified whether these issues belong to us or MWS.

The benefit is in syncing orders. It doesn't come without work on the front end and continued tweaking. The price is double if you have QB desktop/or hosted by a cloud service vs QB on-line.

Pros

We are saving time syncing orders placed on WooCommerce and synced to QB. We mapped each individual item and variation to accomplish this. Customer mapping is not a smooth process; we get duplicates frequently, which will require going back and mapping each individual customer with whom we already do business.

Cons

Mapping has been time consuming as has the double checking of customer mapping. Customer service is limited to on line help. That is fine, as it is answered quickly, but for a business owner who wears many hats, I would much prefer the ability to speak to someone for 10 minutes to solve a problem, rather than having to go back and forth with very detailed emails that require extra time to compose and respond to.

Fantastic. I'm very happy.

Pros

We gave this plugin a shot after a recommendation from our tech team, and we love it. It took some time to get our settings correct, and then we had issues with the site talking to the plugin properly but the tech support team was incredible. I never would have expected this level of service for the cost of this product. I'm impressed and very happy. They solved my issues and we are up and running smoothly.

Cons

The plugin did have difficulty in the beginning, in particular with bandwidth use and queue sync. But these were solved by the tech team.

My inventory levels are kept updated in Quickbooks and I don't really need to do anything. Also I love that when I add new items to my ecommerce site in WooCommerce it is automatically added to Myworks which then syncs with Quickbooks. Totally seamless. Allows me more time to concentrate on business. AWESOME!!!

Pros

The ease of MyWorks mapping setup up was pretty straight forward. We did need to contact technical support because we had an issue that turned out to be another product we are using. But technical support at MyWorks was very helpful and most importantly accessible.

Cons

Don't really have any cons for this product

On the last call for help...your tech guy went the extra mile and helped us find a problem that was caused by my website programmer that had interrupeted My Works. Without him...it would still not be working. Thank you for being that kind of company.

very good customer service and response to issues we encountered.

Pros

The ease of use once set-up saved us loads of re-keying and errors in reporting.

Cons

a bit of an issue to set-up especially as we use variations and it is constantly changing once organized it is working quite well. The postal code is still not coming in correctly by everything else is working well.
