### "Great addon that makes life easy with great support"

Over all my experience has been great, its made my life easier and the daily running of my business smoother. Any problems Ive had are quickly addressed and if I get stuck the team will gladly jump in and help on my site to get it right. The product has been getting better with time.

Pros

It has greatly reduced the number of times we have to contact a sale to see it through our accounting package.

Cons

The tax component can be a little tricky to get all the right settings as they are hidden in a couple of different spots.

The MyWorks team and the software is very impressive and I've hired the team for custom development too.

Pros

The software is very reliable and we have had maybe 2 hiccups in almost 3 years.

Cons

There is a learning curve and lots of hidden settings but the support team is top-notch, very patient and always ready to help you find what you need.

Pros

I enjoy the time savings that MyWorks provides.

Cons

Minor incompatibility with a third-party payment gateway. However, the support team fixed it very quickly.

Fantastic. Great Value for the product!

Pros

I really the way the product pushes over to QuickBooks Online. The process to sync the apps was easy and the customer service was terrific at helping me get set-up. It is also easy to navigate to in WordPress.

Cons

Once in a while I have to manually push a few orders.

Pros

Has most functions needed already built in.

Cons

Some standard Quickbooks features are not in the core plug in, so customization is needed, which means paying extra fees.

MyWorks Sync has been wonderful, especially the customer service! I was at first overwhelmed with the implementation, but the online service provider ended up calling me as she could see I needed a little hand holding:) She was amazing! Very patient and kind, and I "got it" and it didn't take more than thirty minutes. So appreciate her help!

Pros

MyWorks best qualities is that it's straighforward and easy to use. As an artist, I struggle to understand and implement linear online products, yet with a little help, I was able to load and use this product.

Cons

My critique would be that there was a hickup in connecting two of the products and for someone who isn't linear I had a hard time with that. I ended up asking my web developer to look into it and it's working just fine. Although I am grateful I have such an efficient web guy, I always prefer to work out the kinks myself if possible.

Pros

I've had a great experience with MyWorks. I have recommended it to several people. There's just not a lot out there that reports to Quickbooks. It was easy to map and very easy to set up.

Cons

This has been a great solution for us! I have had very few problems, and the ones I did have, tech support helped me fix them.

Very easy to integrate. setting up custom syncs take a time to learn but once you understand the structure and the scheme it is very easy to add custom rules, execution and fields.

Pros

I love the easy syncing and set up. if you have a basic retail ecom store. this product is for you! Very little set- up time. We had a few custom rules with shipping, taxes (being a non profit for some virtual products), which after i got with a support rep on chat (slack) they helped me very quick. I love the customer service speed. Custom/complex rules and integrations you will need to understand both QBO and Mysync more in dept but for the average ecom/wordpress user its a 5-10 min set up.

Cons

The labeling of the tabs. I also don't like how everything is on separate tabs. I would like it to be ajax so that I can do multiple things at once. Also, bulk editing or updating would be great.

### "Wish We Could Give This Plugin A Zero"

I bought and installed the MYWorks, QB Sync plugin based on the great reviews posted on various sites. For the first few months, this plugin worked fine but then we noticed page load issues and sync issues. These issues started after we decided to purchase the yearly subscription plan. The plugin continued to cause issues and it got to the point where we had to deactivate the plugin because it was interfering with the user experience. I should note that as soon as we disabled the plugin, our page load speed improved 81%. The developer was of no help getting this issue resolved, we sent multiple emails to their sales and support email address with no response for over two weeks. We then asked for a refund and they refused, saying we didn't qualify for a refund. Please think twice before buying installing this plugin and paying MyWORKs SOFTWARE ANY MONEY. Follow Up Comments... Do you want to know why this plugin has only 5-star reviews? They threaten you when you post a negative review about them.

this product syncs with Quickbooks seamlessly. It makes our jobs easier because we don't have to worry about Woocommerce and Quickbooks talking to each other. When we did have issues, which is seldom, the customer service was prompt.

It does not sync with Group products in Quickbooks.

Simple to install, good documentation, works well and does what I need. This solution is better architected than the others.

Pros

All of the problems I had trying to use Zappier or oneSAAS were not a problem with MyWorks. I needed to create a line item for California Tax in QuickBooks vs using the actual tax process because I did not want to maintain more than 500 different tax locations. Also the ability to properly parse Stripe payments into matching individual payments, including stripe fees is a huge time saver.

Cons

Cost is a bit more than I wanted to pay. My store does a few hundred transactions per month and I would rather see a per transaction fee vs a 1000 plus fee.

I wish it worked better but it works well enough to save me time. But it could be SO much better. If this product absolutely worked so that all we had to do was match to each disbursement to deposit everyday without issue, I would be thrilled.

Pros

Relative to manually entering sales receipts or invoices, this software save time.

Cons

Doesn’t save enough time bc it doesn’t work perfectly with refund, partial refunds, multiple bundles, fee classification, gifts cards or various other product nuances that most e-commerce companies have. It is not entirely reliable but better than nothing and well priced.

I ran into some errors concerning variable products, however, the team was able to help me fix those issues.

The in-depth capabilities to sync all my data from products, customers, sales, invoices all from woo-commerce to QuickBooks.

Cons

It was very hard to figure out how to sync the tax appropriately so we could push our data over to QuickBooks . with the great customer service rep we had we were able to get it all synced and working properly now.

The goal was to reduce manual intervention with Sales Orders flowing into QuickBooks, and it's been half successful. The never completed custom development and lack of response after multiple attempts to reach out made the overall experience negative.

Pros

Out of the box features worked reasonably well, basic syncing orders into QuickBooks.

Cons

Attempted to have some custom development, such as automatically create Purchase Order within QuickBooks. Paid half upfront for custom development, seemed to be making progress, then development went completely silent, attempted to reach out, multiple help tickets, no response ever. Never received any of the custom modules they claimed had been completed.
