Pros

I like that it frees up our time so we do not have to manually enter orders from the website into QB.

Cons

There are some orders here and there that do not link in for whatever reason (small number), but still happens now and then and not sure why.

The fact that if an order is made on our website and the delivery date is different to the order date, the delivery date will not reflect in quickbooks, the date remains to the be order date.

We're working, but with more manual intervention and manually syncing some product inventories.

Pros

We used MyWorks so we could utilize WPLister and have eBay inventory sync to Woocommerce and our accounting system.

Cons

It mostly worked with WPLister, but wouldn't take ebay orders and sync them to Quickbooks. So, we use Connex for that part directly from ebay. Also, the mapping is odd and glitchy. Even just selecting which option to map it dumps you several times in the process. Then, there are things it just won't map even when they are there and present in both the accounting and Woocommerce.

Cons

Nothing really, except for the price - I believe this would be tiered a little differently for people. Like, this tiers should start at 5 or 10 a month

Accounting answers are available faster with fewer steps, with Woo activity recorded in real time, replacing exporting and filtering of Woo csv reports. Big improvement.

Pros

Most outstanding are the clear, clean interface with WooCommerce, the number of options, and the smooth functionality. Partnering Woo, MyWorks, and Quick Books Online makes each product better. Technical support is superb, thorough and attentive until the problem is solved.

Cons

My accountant and I had minor questions getting the system up and running, easily solved with the help of tech support.

Started with the free version and had to bump up to the paid version with Transactions increasing. Customer Service was great.

Pros

I like that it automatically syncs all my eCommerce Transactions into Quickbooks, Easy for me to reconcile and saves a lot of time.

Cons

only a small number of transactions for the free version, Will have to upgrade

Customer support has been great! \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] understood our relatively complex issues quickly and handled them fast. We sync the back office of WooCommerce with QBO. It has taken a while to get accurate transfer from the credit card order into a Sales Receipt. We have inventory bundles and we have added features like autoship so getting QBO to report information accurately has been a challenge.

Pros

MyWorks helps to streamline the process between website orders and QuickBooks Online.

Cons

How to sync information between WooCommerce and QuickBooks Online is not always intuitive.

Pros

I had a issue with using this plugin with multi-site website for my customer. I sent them an email and their response time is VERY short (like less than an hour) and they are willing to look the website. And they figured out what the issue is, and solved it for us WITHIN FEW HOURS!! It was very impressive and good experience to me.

Cons

NOTHING!! Everything was perfect for the multi-site website!

So far it has been great and we really appreciate a lot of the changes for our specific retail/ e-commerce situation.

Pros

I love the customer service. Anytime I have an issue I feel very comfortable reaching out and always am met with great answers. We were handling all stock manually previously so this helps much with keep inventories on.

Cons

We have had a few glitches here and there. One includes a coding error within our QB that doesn't allow some inventories to be synced due to mapping error.

Pros

Easy to setup and allowed us to sync over 1,000 orders that we missed after migrating to WooCommerce. We actually synced incorrectly the first time and were able to sync again with updated settings without issue. No duplicates, etc. Customer service is absolutely amazing.

AWESOME support!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great attempt at simplicity in UI, but it did have quirks for me initially. In the end it all works. and that's all that counts.

Pros

Works as suggested once it was up and running, but initially it can appear confusing from a new business owner who doe not have active sales to sync.. (how do you know it works if nothing is happening). All I'm saying is that help guide new owners with say, dummy data to process to get him/her familiar.

Cons

The daily email sync archive is bit confusing in lingo... simply better format or simply language might help. So logs say 0 items synched. The other regular one has actuals. That is confusing.
