Owner Retail Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Quickbooks Sync for Retail Website" February 17, 2020 3.0 Pros Syncs Quickbooks and Woocommerce to ensure all orders are appearing correctly within Quickbooks for our accountant. Cons It does not function correctly consistently. It is not the easiest to setup and use. Our orders are not always synced. Some do and some don't. Review Source JS Jeff S. When I first started with my free trial, I thought it wouldn't be worth the expense for our company. But I was pleasantly surprised! Customer service was very helpful, they have been nothing but pleasant to work with. Pros It has made my life SO much easier! I can easily push all of my orders over to my quickbooks. I can map all of my products to come out of my inventory automatically. It has made my life as our accountant and manager a breeze. Cons I have an issue with my orders syncing automatically from time to time. But it an easy fix to do them manually. Review Source RS Rachel S. But with each week that goes by I think this is less and less possible. Pros The sync process (when it works) is great! Cons There's a lot of features that I think should be standard and are not yet. Though my call with tech support, they said they will be adding these options in the next update - which should supposedly be soon. I have only had a few transactions on my site because I just launched it. I don't have a lot of experience to offer yet. Pros I love how it saves so much time because of transferring information to Quickbooks. It keeps track of customer's, sales, products and transfers the info right over. Very clear and easy to use! Just as a note, our sync actually does indeed allow you to sync past orders/payments (as well as customers/products) from WooCommerce into QuickBooks. You'd simply visit the "Push" section in our sync to then select and push any WooCommerce data into QuickBooks that you'd like. SP Shaun P. Finance Media Production Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "My works" February 17, 2020 4.0 Good. Outside of the partial refund synching ... worked as expected. You guys did have to right custom code to recognize orders on when they are ordered not paid. Pros Mapping is intuitive. Don't have to pull csv files anymore. Cons \-Partial Refunds doesnt work at this point. - Connectivity. Takes about a 3-5 to port over each order. So if there are 6k orders ... take the whole day. - Reason for choosing MyWorks Sync Only One cosidered. Review Source Elliot S.
