It has been a great experience so far with Cloudingo, we trust it for our data quality and cleansing. We are using it with our Salesforce Org and the features provided are worth having it in the tech stack at a reasonable price. Cloudingo team was very kind to help implement the solution considering our business use cases, I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Pros

Data cleansing capabilities Automated data merging feature Filters to find duplicate records across data Bulk data merging helps cleanse data for large data volumes in less time

Cons

The interface can be improved for a better user experience Sometimes it gets slow with large data volume The Data Import process needs to be simplified

Very flexible and easy to customize. We had so many dupes - and it was a great starting point to get clean - and then stay clean.

Pros

When I came into an organisation as a new VP Sales/Marketing, I saw I had inherited a mess of a salesforce situation. Major duplications, leads who had never been converted after converting to sales, "opt-outs" not being triggered - you name it. The Cloudingo dashboard was huge for me to quickly get a visualization of where the problem areas were - and start attacking issues one by one.

Cons

I don't really have any cons with the software. I find it easy to use - and the connection to our Salesforce was seamless.

When set up and configured in the right hands. Very powerful and a real time saver.

Pros

We had a very complex data challenge due to the size and volume of our crm. Cloudingo has helped us to automate and speed up traditionally boring processes. This scale helps us manage issues we did not have other solutions for.

Cons

Cloudingo requires a certain level of Salesforce and crm knowledge. And is a sophisticated solution. This is not a negative but does mean you should only implement if you have the required experience.
