We have found a significant increase on all review forms we have used. Pros This software is easy to use and makes it easy to generate positive reviews. I like the data aggregator for viewing my reviews and letting me create preset responses so my team has an easy time responding to reviews. The software is not one size fits all which is nice when we need things customized or if we have specific needs. We are a reseller so we use this for ourselves and our customers and we have found it very easy to set up and integrate with our client's customer management systems. Cons They have a reseller/channel partner program, but they don't publicize is so you have to inquire directly otherwise, no complains at all. Cons Doesn't seem to be an obvious white label solution- I had to write to ask about it- but no real complaints.
