Pros: My title says it all. I've been with ClinicSense for over a year, and it's been the best decision I could have made for me and my clinic, and our clients. It has everything the clinical-based massage therapist needs, and it's incredibly intuitive and easy to use. What's better is how easy it is for clients to use it! We all know that money is lost by confusing or inefficient or broken scheduling systems (been there, done that), and I'm happy to say that I haven't missed any income from software issues while using ClinicSense, because there are none! It just works! Their customer service is also fantastic - any question I have by email is answered or acknowledged within 15 minutes, unlike being on hold with other software for over 2 hours.

They recently updated the interface and created a business-side app for the clinic, and both are wonderful update - I LOVE the design of the interface and the ease of having an app!

Thank you ClinicSense for creating this incredibly powerful, reliable software!

Cons: For the longest time I wished for a business-side app to make managing our schedules easier while out of the office, but they have added that! In the future I hope for a client-side app, BUT the website integration is so easy for clients to use that it's not really necessary.

Pros: Love that my clients really like it's easy of use. For myself it has a lot of capability to support my practice.

Cons: Wish there where a few more features for adding specific docs to specific services for clients to access.

Overall: Over all I really like this scheduling system it fulfills many of my needs, SOAP notes, invoicing, gift certificates, visa transactions, cx intake and updates.

Pros: I like how easy it is for clients to use. I rarely have to explain the software to a client, or assist a client with booking or case history forms. It is very user friendly.

Cons: I would like even more options for mass emails. There are lots now but more would be even better!

Overall: As an office manager this software has changed how I work. Most clients book online. I don't have to phone them with reminders. Gift certificates are simple. Tax time is easy. Mass emails and marketing are ready to go. I'm working smarter not harder!

Amazing, affordable, secure, reliable and extremely easy to use.

Pros: Ease of use, reliability, very affordable. Our entire team loves this software, especially the SOAP notes and the flexibility they have.

Cons: A bit difficult to use for Acupuncturists as SOAP notes are not as sophisticated as they are for massage

Overall: The team at ClinicSense is FANTASTIC. I can't say enough good things about these guys. They are on top of things and their customer service/support is unmatched.

Pros: It's very user friendly, organized and I loooove that when I implement my clinic notes, if I need to print it off in a report, it's all layed out perfectly for me.

Cons: I honestly can't think of anything that I don't like.. it's easily customizable for your business and staff.

Pros: I would have to say the amount of time it saves me every day.

Cons: I would have to say I just wish I had found this software sooner!

Overall: I have used ClinicSense for a while now and I won't use anything else. It is so user friendly, keeps everything in one place and the best thing above all is the amount of time it saves me in my day! Thank you for assisting me in being a better business owner!

Pros: The feedback from the client is unanimous! So easy to use both on computer and the phone. Every time I get positive feedback about my website, they actually mean by booking system.

I like that I can see my whole week there and that I have access to sales reports. I can sell loyalty packages even with the basic app.

The soap notes are easy to take and I like that I don't have to keep physical files whenever I move.

The app for the phone is getting better and better.

Cons: I would like to be able to drag appointment with the mouse when I want to modify their time.

Overall: Really good experience so far, their customer service is really good. They respond within the hour when you email them. They also do seldom quality check call and are very opened to comments.

My clients love the online booking process and I get most of by bookings that way, so that is very good for my business.

love Intake forms and SOAP note included in basic monthly.

Pros: -Reduce administrative time

-Reduce management cost

-Friendly use for scheduling, add on service or therapist time off and add on

- SOAP notes, intake forms, reminders, invoicing & payments are awesome and handy.

Cons: We can sync schedule to therapist email, but I would love to be notified to the therapist when they get booked either online or the front desk book them so they knew right away.

Overall: Love it! so thankful we have found your system. reduce our time and cost. Thank you!

Pros: I love the soap software. very professional . I also like the intake forms via Email. it's truly a great system.

Cons: Occasionally people were unable to pull up the intake form via smartphone which annoyed me. The only other thing is that their rates are just too high

Overall: Just too expensive

Pros: I love using ClinicSense for online booking and Soap Notes. Super easy to use, and excellent customer service too! Even my clients have comment on how easy it was for them to book sessions. They love the confirmation being sent by email or text preference. One happy Massage Therapist and many happy clients too!

Cons: Not having the option for multiple locations.

Overall: Printing out my reports of revenue was needed. I was able to find it will ease and it broke it all down for me already. Saved me a lot of time of having to manually do it.
