My experience has been very positive with Clinic Sense. The staff is very helpful when I need to locate and speak to someone.

Pros

Using Clinic Sense for my business has been a very positive experience. There booking system is so smooth and easy yo use.Actually I like many things about what they offer, such as the Business side of things with accounts payable, stats on all programs, numbers registered as well as a waiting list system that makes tracking clients so much smoother.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike about the Clinic Sense.They meet my expectations in every aspect of program delivery.

My overall experience with ClinicSense has been positive and it's without a doubt the best online booking and documentation system there is for solo entrepreneurs like me.

Pros

I love the ease and convenience of ClinicSense. It's like having a virtual assistant for all your scheduling and payment processing needs.

Cons

I don't have a lot to say here. I think the only drawback I have found is implementation of new features seems to take a while.

I never had to use costumer management for any negative issue, great point. I switched my paper files in it, convenient.

Pros

Easy to use, value/money, convenient on the IPad. Appointment scheduling and management. Doing my own templates.

Cons

Could just be more bilingual ;) I’m an osteopathic manual practitioner, not massothérapie, patients (not clients for me)can be confuse a bit We cannot erase a patient from the system; some of them make a bug when I pick them.

I have been using this software for over 5 years now and I haven't even thought to look elsewhere for a system for my business.

Pros

It is very easy to navigate as a user and have rarely if ever run into any issues with the software.

Cons

I am still looking forward to the progress and development of the mobile app as well as a client portal.

Pros

I’ve been extremely happy with this clinic management software. It’s very user-friendly, easy to navigate, and has streamlined many of my day-to-day operations. My patients find the online booking system simple and convenient to use, which has significantly improved the appointment scheduling process. The customer support team is outstanding—responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. I highly recommend this software to any clinic looking for an efficient and reliable management solution.

Cons

When using the app I’ve no idea some small glitches when trying to enter multiple payments. The payment dates don’t line up after entering payment and saving payment method.

I love ClinicSense. It's easy to use, I can check everything I need for day to day and for month end, from receivables to sales tax. The new waitlist feature is quite handy, and clients love the ease of booking online.

Pros

It's easy to use, easy to navigate, and it logs all important information with reports for different business needs.

Cons

I don't like that when you export a client file it doesn't export the clinical notes, only the client profile.

The staffs are very easy to talk too! They did a lot of follow ups thru email till I felt confident of using Clinicsense.

Pros

Since I started using clinic sense for my massage business, everything is so easy for me and for the clients. Clinic sense dies everything from booking, to reminders and easy to buy their online gift cards. The booking also is so much easier for my clients. They love it! Thank you for this wonderful booking software. It makes my work runs smoothly.

Cons

I dont have any answer for this question. Everything about Clinicsense works good for me. I will let you know if I'll find one that I dont like.

Absolutely love it. Fast response to any questions. They are always advancing their features. Can’t wait when AI is introduced

Pros

I have been using ClinicSense for years. Would not imagine using anything else. I love how they continue to upgrade their features

Cons

I wish that the yearly statements had the breakdown of payments. Perhaps there is a way to get that info on one page. I just didn’t inquire.

Great experience for ease of my massage business. The price is affordable and the software is easy to use.

Pros

The communication with the ClinicSense team cannot be beat. Prompt, concise, friendly and knowable. My clients love the ease of using the reminder of open appointment availability. This feature increased my business the very 1st month. The ease of booking appointment and changed is also a winning feature. I highly recommended ClinicSense for your business too.

Cons

I have not had a bad experience or anything that would make me want to switch to a different company.

Good. Whenever I have a question, support staff are really quick at responding. Client says it's also easy to book appt online.

Pros

Easy to use; reminder notifications, customer support, value for money, scheduled and appointment management.

Cons

No private screening method; lots of clients email reminders go to spam or junk mail; no other complaints.
